Letter indicating applicants name, passport number and the objective of the visit to Thailand, etc., requesting for NonImmigration Type B visa. Copy of the companys registration and business license. Copy of the companys list of shareholders. Copy of the companys registration of value-added tax (VAT). Copy of the companys latest balance sheet. Map indicating the location of the company.

2. Employment Purpose 1. Visa application form duly filled out. 2. Applicant passport valid not less than 6 months. The valid of 18 months is required for one-year visa application 3. (Specified by name, nationality and position) Map indicating the location of the company. 6. Letter of approval from the ministry of Labour (If any) 7. Copy of work permit (if any).
