It has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to Constitution of Project Review & Steering Group (PRSG) for monitoring and facilitating the smooth execution of the project BALSAHARA mobile & web based multilingual Software for Automation of Juvenile Justice system, child protection, welfare and care. 2. The composition of the Group will be as follows: i) Group Coordinator, EG Group, DeitY ii) Smt. Renu Budhiraja, Sr. Director, EG Group, DeitY iii) Representative from Govt. of AP iv) Representative of STQC IT Centre, Hyderabad v) Dr. Rajesh Narang, Principal Consultant, NeGD vi) Representative of M/o Social Justice & Empowerment vii) Smt. Archana Dureja, Director, DeitY Secretary Terms & Reference: i) ii) To review Financial & Technical Progress of the Project. To visit the project executing agency as and when required (at least twice in a year) to assess the progress made by the project & to advice the project executing team on new direction/ approach and ensure its smoother progress and link-up with the work going on elsewhere in the country for full utilization of the capabilities available in the country. To examine specific request from chief Investigator on problems, re-appropriation, enhancement, modifications, procurement etc. and suggest remedial action on recommendations for consideration by DeitY. To ensure advance action regarding completion of the project, establishment of facilities, its utilization and transfer of know how etc. for successful commercial production.
