The present questionnaire is about: Objectives: To identify the effecting leadership style. Your leader always retains the final decision making authority within team. He always try to include employees in determining what to do and how to do it. He provides staff with clear responsibilities and allows them to decide how to accomplish them. He does not consider suggestions made by employees. He ask for employee ideas and input on upcoming plans and projects. For a major decision to pass in the department, it must have the approval of each individual or the majority. Your leader tells employees what has to be done and how to do it. When things go wrong and employees need to create a strategy to keep a project or process running on schedule, he calls a meeting to get employees advice.
