NOVEMBER

NEW COLLECTION SYSTEM

Please follow these instructions: 1. Consult the map above to determine the colour code for your location. 2. Match the colour of your location with the dates shown in the calendar on the left side. 3. Refer to the brown, green and blue icons on the left side of each week in the calendar to nd out when your waste, organics and recycling will be collected. Brown cart Indicates the week to put out your brown waste cart Waste is picked up once every two weeks year-round.

Green cart Indicates the week to put out your green organics cart Organics are picked up weekly from mid-April to mid-October and once every two weeks from mid-October to mid-April. Blue bag Indicates the week to put out your blue bag with recyclables Recycling is picked up weekly year-round. 4. Your carts and blue bags must be set out by 7 a.m. to ensure pickup. 5. Ensure you place your carts one metre (three feet) apart on the street, with the wheels in the gutter and the lid opening towards the street. (Refer to arrows on the top of cart.)
