Account System
Objective
In the response of your requirement for Account software, we write down this proposal, all module names and description functionality is listed in this proposal. Our object is that to make a fully functional Account system that can automate your manual process of calculation, it will increase your efficiency by showing daily weekly monthly and yearly progress and many more.

Over View
This system consists of the following modules according to your requirements, reports are included in each module. Vouchers Bank Book Cash Book Payment and Receipt Customers Sales and Purchases Stock

Description Of Modules
Description of each module is give below.

i-

Vouchers
1. The system will show general voucher with printing. 2. The system should handle Debit Voucher with printing. 3. The system should allow Credit voucher printing.

Bank Book
1. The system should include Bank and Receipt summaries. 2. The system includes details of Bank Payment and Received Bank Wise. 3. The system should include all bank information, how much amount in your account, customers check waiting for clearing, company checks. 4. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports of bank account history.

Cash Book
1. The system should have included Payment and Receipt Summaries. 2. The system should included information and details of Payment and Received. 3. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports of cash book.

Payment and Receipt

1. The system should include all information of Payment and Receipt including bank and cash payment according to specific customers. 2. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports will available.

Customers
1- The system should include customers information module, in which you can add, edit and delete customers, and related information. 2- You can view and print daily, weekly, monthly, yearly report of customer, that how many products and how much quantity is issued by your company.

Sales & Purchase

1- The system should show sales report item and party. 2- The system should include sales & purchase form that stores holes information of sales products and purchase products. 3- Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports of sales & purchase will available with details.

1. The system should support stock module that how much stock is available for sale and how much booked by order. 2. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports of stock will available including stock of individual products.
