ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES Knowledge not only can be obtained from formal education, but knowledge also

can be obtained from Informal education. Someones knowledge related of their lives. The more someones knowledge has more chance to success than someone with less knowledge. It also related with their economic growth. And if some country have much citizen that prosperous it will affect to the condition of the country, the country will be develop. We can find the conclusion that knowledge affects economic growth of some country. Developing countries are still have a lot of problem in education, the fact is there are so many children cannot get access to knowledge because the expensive cost. Many people in developing countries cannot afford to pay school fees or for learning materials, school uniforms and transport to school. The quality of the teacher also affect to the quality of the children itself, in developing countries many teachers have to teach two or three shifts a day in classes with very high student numbers and on poor pay. Many teachers are also poorly trained and ill-prepared for what awaits them in schools. The other problem is the lack of higher infrastructure. Many schools are poorly equipped. They lack textbooks and teaching materials, Many schools have no funding to cover overheads such as water, electricity or transport for pupils. This problem affect to the growth of the children itself. Here, i divided into 2 point of view, solution to improve access to knowledge in developing countries so it can improve the economic growth of some country. First, we have to see from political will and the second is societys role. Political will have a main role in this problem. Political will in improve access to knowledge in developing countries is very important seeing that there is still so many people who hard to get access to knowledge. First, the government should reduce costs for school, so people that underpriviledge can go to school. Not only reduce costs, the government also have to give higher infrastructure. Such as a proper building, build the library, textbook, laboratory equipment, teaching material, and all the things that related. Beside that, the government have to notice about the quality of the teachers. The teachers should gived traning before they start to teach, not only that, the government have to pay attention about the prosperity of the teacher. Because the prosperity of the teacher related to how the teacher teaching. Many developing countries don't have enough qualified teachers. Sometimes it's because teaching pays poorly. Access to knowlege not only see from the political will, but also society have the important role. As i said before that knowledge not only can be obtained in formal education, but it can be obtained from informal education. For informal education it related of the role of society. Societys role can be teach voluntarily to the underpriviledge children, building libraries or kind of park side to read, and also open course place. So, it can also open up unemployement opportunities. In Indonesia for example, there are some community that be active help the government give access to knowledge for those who need it such as teach voluntarily. In conclusion, access to knowledge in developing countries can be done in various ways. Not only the government who have role in improving access to knowlegde but also society have the important role. If the solution that i propose well-run, then the people in developing countries is not hard anymore to get access to knowledge. They can get knowledge easily in order that it can be change their lives, and lives better, so it can improve economic growth of some country and hope will reducing poverty and hunger.
