Minutes of the 2nd CenCom Session of SY 2012-2013 SBMSC Office 10:38 AM of May 12, 2012 Presiding Officer: Chinky

Castillo, 2nd Year Level Vice-Representative After determining the quorum existed, the Central Committee proceeded to do business. Agenda: Review of the Previous meeting Before the meeting was set in proper, the Secretary General, Morny Gain L. Villazorda reviewed the output of the previous meeting to update the CenCom members.

Central Committee Members Chairmanship After the SBMSC Vice-President or the Convener, Chinky A. Ballesteros, explained the description of the role of each Chairmanship, each member was asked to choose what position they would prefer. The following are the roles chosen by each member: 1. Chairman of Rules and Regulations- Justine Karl S. Pablico, JPIA President 2. Chairman of Academic Affairs- Harold John Laborte, 2nd Year Level Representative 3. Chairman of Student Services and Welfare- Karizze Fitzgeraldine Maglacion, 4th Year Representative 4. Chairman of Formation and Social Involvement- Dennis Talipan, 3rd Year

Representative 5. Chairman of Political Affairs- Timothy Borja, JFINEX President 6. Chairman of Information and Promotions- Alexvi Christie G. Tumulak, ABECS President 7. Chairman of Student Entrepreneurship Affairs- Roneil Galarion, JMA President Since the 1st Year Representative will only be elected at the beginning of the first semester next school year, he/she will be appointed as the Chairman of Physical Enhancement. After all of the above has been decided, the appointment of chairpersons was then closed by the 4th Year Representative, Karizze Fitzgeraldine Maglacion, and seconded by the JPIA President, Justine Karl S. Pablico. Resolution for the SBMSC Officers SY2012-2013 The Convener, Chinky A. Ballesteros, suggested that there be set a one whole day Interview for the officers of the School of Business and Management Students Council. It will be for the purpose of their deliberation and assessment. The Convener also suggested to follow a proper proceeding in every CenCom meeting for a harmonious flow and to avoid biases. During the discussion, a concern was raised by the ABECS President, Alexvi Christie G. Tumulak, about the number of the core volunteers of SBMSC. The discussion was then led to a decision by the Convener, Chinky A. Ballesteros, to bring up in the Executive meeting the concern about the role of the Events Committee. Regarding the deliberation, each member must have their own comment or feedback upon their interview which will then be noted by the Secretary General, Morny Gain Villazorda. The date of deliberation was set on May 19, 2012 from 9am to 3pm at the SBMSC office. The Convener, Chinky A. Ballesteros, also suggested about making a memo for the deliberation. The 4th Year Representative, Karizze Fitzgeraldine Maglacion was assigned to make the questions for the deliberation which must be submitted on May 16, 2012. Aligned Co-Cur GPOA Since there were many revisions in each of the Co-Curs GPOA, alignment is not yet attainable as declared by the Convener, Chinky A. Ballesteros. The Convener also updated the members to submit their very final GPOA.

BOLTS Further discussions regarding the BOLTS will follow for the next sessions.

Scheduling of the Next Meeting

The next meeting will be on May 19, 2012 which is the date for the SBMSC Officers SY2012-2013 deliberation.
