FYI RJ this user (jultradust) posted similar feedback on MUKAMO and all his ignorant posts were removed from
MUKAMO - MUKAMO acknowledged that this persons material was nothing but defamatory and malicious lies and
ignored the reality of what he submitted ("signed") based on e-commerce laws

Wow! talk about grievances... have to admit that initially i usually don't read the instructions and policies before...
i've been to primevisa's site before (even before they edit it and have clearly stated the fees... and everything!), i
already saw that i have to pay Php 1,000 upon submitting the online assessment form. i backed out because i havent

Maybe the better procedure is to ask for the prospect client who submitted the information
in your form to pay you a courier fee for the documents to fill up if they are willing to
pursue the assessment or to visit your office for the documents. If they are really willing,
they will do either of the above. If not, then they are not interested.
From experience, most internet users do not read everything in the page, especially,
agreements, terms and/or policies. Mistakes and misunderstandings can occur.
THAT is called a FRAUD and the wronged person would take appropriate action (criminal or otherwise) -
it is also then SPAM to the service provider who can take action also
How would you know who is person A? How would you prove that it really isn't person B who submitted the form?
So far, you're the only site I've seen who's asking for administration charges without confirming the willingness of the
applicant to pay and filing legal actions immediately should the applicant refuses to pay.... I wonder how many
applicants have payed compared to the applicants who were sued because of not paying

Then I guess you should revise your procedures... Most of the Filipinos won't pay Php1,000 just by typing some text
and clicking a button.

Some agents give 100% FREE assessment and some agents CHARGE for assessment - we have agents that give
FREE assessment - Prime Visa expects to receive a fee for managing those enquiries (1000php) - if you DONT LIKE
THAT system THEN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS elsewhere and do NOT waste agent TIME submitting FAKE forms - this is
NOT A FREE SERVICE it is a FREE ASSESSMENT by the agent concerned - an AGENT can only be an individual - that
is WHY there is a 1000php especially for enquiries from eg OFW who are still based overseas on contracts yet they
are asking for assessment to migrate ??? Or Filipinos in USA on tourist visa seeking employment visa - these person
are NOT GENUINE visitor - no wonder Filipinos have such a poor reputation and so many agencies do not want to
assist them and in FACT will ignore your enquiry.
No - one has been sued numbskull - non genuine enquiries have already wasted enough of our time

The reason we use netfirms for forms at this stage is to TRACE all IP addresses of FAKE enquiries as our current
host does not record that. FAKE enquiries are reported to the IP. The percentages of someone OTHER THAN the
person whose name appears on the form being responsible is less than 1 in 1000. There is a user ID as well as an
IP address. These emails are traceable
