Application Eurobay luminaires for interior application feature a low-profile design and can be equipped with Mercury Vapor, HPS or Metal Halide lamps of up to 400W. Version CD is also available, where an additional halogen lamp will light up and operate as long as the main discharge lamp can reach its rated power at switch on. Ideal for industrial and commercial environments, with medium-high installation heights. Technical specification Main body Die-cast aluminium body with slide-adjustable steel suspension hook for balancing the fitting. Colour: RAL 7038 grey. Wiring box Connected to the main body and made from Polyamide fibreglassreinforced 7038 RAL. The wiring box contains the lamp operating components, which are mounted on a removable galvanised steel plate. Accessed by way of a hinged door fitted with a neoprene gasket and secured by four stainless steel screws. Reflectors High purity aluminium reflector 99.85% anodised, mirror-finish aluminium reflector ideal for clear bulbs. The reflector is fitted with a silicone gasket and secured to the main body by four screws. Designed to fit a wire guard and protective glass. EBR reflector (to order separately) EBRD reflector flood (to order separately) Optics Optical assembly providing IP23 for open luminaires or luminaires with wire guard. Also available IP65 for luminaires with protective glass, fixed to the reflector by three stainless steel clips. EBV Tempered glass fixed to the reflector by three stainless steel clips; supplied with safety chain attached to the main body (to order separately). EBD UV-stabilized, self-extinguishing V0 polycarbonate, fixed by 6 clips to the body (to order separately). Cable inlet The wiring box is fitted with a nylon PG13.5 cable gland for cable diameters of 9 to 12.5mm. Lampholder Plastic E40 version. The lampholder can be adjusted in 4 different positions to optimise light distribution in relation to the type of lamp used and the installation height. Power supply Magnetic ballast 230V 50Hz low-loss: 150W, 250W, 400W. RAL 7038 IP23-65 IP65 IK08 4.39-8 KG Accessories to order separately

EBV-Protective glass Tempered glass fixed to the reflector by three stainless steel clips; supplied with safety chain attached to the main body. EBD-Diffuser Polycarbonate UV-stabilized, self-extinguishing V0 polycarbonate, fixed by 6 clips to the body. EBG-Wire guard Galvanised steel wire guard used in conjunction with the protective glass, and supplied complete with safety chain. Lamp Complete with lamp. Note EBV protective glass is mandatory when luminaire is fitted with a Metal Halide lamp.
