Graphic Design

we do. Whatever the job, a business card or a catalogue,

File Handling
Getting your document to us and back to you. Transfer

methods can be one of the following: USB CD / DVD
E-mail FTP Site (Large Files)
Graphic Software we use, Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office Suite Quark Xpress Corel Draw
Artwork Submission:
For one, two or three colour printing orders, please supply art using Pantone Matching System solid colours. For four
colour printing orders, please supply art in CMYK. Do not supply RGB files or images. Please convert to CMYK or Spot
colours before submitting to us. Supply art in Vector file format and include fonts. If fonts are not supplied then convert all
text to outlines or curves. If Raster Art is the only art available please supply at minimum 600 ppi.
PDF Files: need to be made at press quality resolution, minimum 300 ppi. We cannot make type changes to PDF files.
Indesign Files: Do a Package to gather all components of your file.
QuarkXPress Files: Do a Collect for Output to gather all components of your file.
Adobe Illustrator Files: Do NOT embed your images, instead include them along
with your file. Be sure to include fonts and linked art or images.
Corel Draw Files: Export as EPS with fonts converted to curves and embed images.
Freehand MX Files: Save as EPS
Images: Resolution at 300 ppi at actual size.
Scanned Line Art save at 800 ppi.
Scanned Photos save as Tiff, CMYK at 300 ppi at actual size. Do NOT use any images used on the
internet in your print files as these are at low resolution.
