Today (Friday 1-6-2012) I became aware that the by-election for MELBOURNE DISTRI CT is to be held on 21 July 2012. Ok, you may ask what on earth has this to do with people living in other states? . Well, if I can get sufficient support, not just the issue of moneys, but people displaying my election material (How to vote cards) etc, which can be downloaded from my website, then Victorians who travel about will be aware of this. . The media may even pick it up also? . Anyhow, as a CONSTITUTIONALIST I have used my election campaigns to promote the true meaning and application of the constitution (see also my website Http://www .schorel-hlavka.com). . Also, for about a decade I have been fighting for the rights of disabled that th ose bound to a wheelchair, and so unable to use public transport are not liable to pay toll way fees nor parking fees! . A friend of mine is a carer, for a now 10 year old girl, suffering of Rett Syndr ome but to me (despite of having 9 adult children and a dozen grandchildren) thi s little girl is like my own daughter. Sadly, when she is in her wheelchair roll ed in or out the motor vehicle the elements such as the rain will make her wet. This as no overhead protection is generally provided at disabled parking facilit ies, albeit they do at buys and tram stops. . I pursue the abolishment of lawyers immunity, as they should be liable to profes sional conduct or the misconduct as any member of another profession. . I pursue that States should not engage in tens of millions of dollars overseas a dvertising as this is what we have the Commonwealth for created. . I pursue that municipal/shore councils are recognized as being just that for the rate payers and prohibited to charge any ratepayer directly or indirectly more than the cost of the actual services rendered to a property. . I pursue that as per legal principles in our constitution the moment a Member of Parliament vacates his//her seat then that is the end of any payments. No freeb ies afterwards such as a gold pass or others at taxpayers expenses. . No public roads being turned over to toll way companies. If a company desires to build a private road with a toll facility then that is their choice, as much as anyone else may do likewise, but we cannot have taxpayers funded public roads t urned into toll roads. We must transform the infringement system that unless a motorist chooses to acce pt a fine for an alleged offence the matter be adjudicated before a court and th e onus of evidence lies with the prosecutor. As such no longer the system of GUIL TY until proven INNOCENT. State landtaxes are unconstitutional! . Compulsory voting is unconstitutional! . re recipients must be no greater then the CPI (Consumer Price Index) percentage! There are numerous other issues but you may get the idea I pursue issues other c andidates unlikely ever do. If you have some spare cash then by all means donate it to my electoral expenses but it you cannot do so then why not print out a copy of my material and place it in your yard, for all passerbys to see, and soon or later someone may just wri te about it in the media and give me the extended coverage that I need. I am due on 20 June 2012 to face a criminal charge for failing to provide a declar ation within the legal provisions of the Local Government Act 1898. OK, I am cha llenging the validity of this legislation, as there can be no such thing as a Lo cal Government Act in relation to municipal/shire councils. Mind you on 19 July 2006 I comprehensively defeated the Australian Electoral Commission that compuls ory voting is unconstitutional!
