B) "The Releasors means my family, dependants, heirs, executors and/or assigns and any person or persons claiming through them;
C) "Releasees means any corporation, association or other body and/or any person(s) jointly and/or severally and whether servants or
agents of any of the aforementioned or otherwise where any such corporation, other body or individual is associated with the promotion or
conduct of the Tournament and includes competitors(s), referee(s) and observer or members of the audience;
D) "Any action means any claim right and/or cause of action for damages at Common Law or pursuant to any statue, and
E) "The Rules means the rules for time being of the Australian Karate Federation ncorporated.

DISCLAIMER:
1) acknowledge that have read the Definitions above.
2) hereby acknowledge that my entry and/or participation in the tournament carries with it significant risk of personal injury.
3) Therefore, for myself and Releasors hereby relinquish, release and/or waive any action against the Releasees for any personal injury
sustained by me arising out of and/or in the course of the Tournament, whether as a result of any disregard and/or action and/or technical
breach of the Rules of the Tournament or otherwise.

Juniors 15 yrs & under - body armour & head mask are compulsory.
Childrens body armour and head protectors are compulsory and supplied by Shukokai Karate
(excludes head mask, please supply your own).
Note: Kata OPEN KATA Must know two or more katas to alternate in each bout.
Teams: Please submit team names and ensure that ages are correct, or the team will be
disqualified.
