HR EXECUTIVE Indochine Bio Plastiques (ICBP) Sdn Bhd is wholly owned by Bumiputera, currently engaged in the BIO PLASTIC industry which is located in Free Trade Zone, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Johor. As a Pioneer Status company awarded by MITI, we are looking for HR Executive to join us. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Admin./HR Management or its equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. Preferably experience in manufacturing industry. Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act. Conversant in Malay and English. Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office. Good organizational skills and able to work with minimum supervision. Capability to execute HR activities independently and able to communicate with all level of employees. Must possess OWN TRANSPORT and be willing to travel Malay male/female will be given preference Responsibilities: Assist in implementation of full range of Human Resource functions such as HR policies, recruitment and employee welfare, performance appraisal etc. Administration of recruitment activities including advertisement, interview and selection. Monitor employee discipline according to Human Resource Policies & Regulation. Counsels employees, supervisors and managers concerning work-related problems and seek for solution. Responsibilities: To administer staff compensation and benefits matters. Responsible for processing and maintenance of payroll system. Maintain high confidentially of payroll system. Liaise with government statutory bodies on HR issues, e.g. EPF, SOCSO, PPZ, Income Tax Administration inclusive of employee insurance, attendance, leave and other related matters. To assist in other general HR duties. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience and a good performance record. Knowledgeable of HR matters, Employment Act, IR act and other relevant statutory requirement, policies or regulations. Location : Johor Bahru (town area) Salary : RM 1800 - RM 2000 Job requirement: - Min Diploma in any field - Min 2-3 years working experience as Document controller/shipping/logistic Job Description : -To Assist in handling of fax, memo & general documentation. - To assist in documentation typing, indexing & filing. - Drafting the daily, weekly, monthly reports such as collection, receivable, outstanding, overdues, etc and forwarding it to the top management. - Managing all export BL and manifest. - Update BL data in local Oracle Afsys system for sending Manifest to destination & issuance purpose. - Sent Manifest (through EDI) after checking to all concern counterpart offices as required to them before arriving vessel at destination. - Liaise with clients to obtain all outstanding Bills of Lading according to Validation report to meet DTX deadlines. - Issue Manifest Corrector instructions for any amendments. - Preparing bill of lading, telex release for cargo loaded and delivery. - Close vessel manifest and Generate Debit Notes for billings to all Agents and Direct Customer for collection. - Sending export manifest to overseas agents. - To perform other duties as required by the management from time to time.
