2.

Install wire harness at stall warning horn. a. Use utility knife to cut five lengths of wire at 18.5 2.5 inches (47 6.35 cm) in length. b. Use socket crimping tool to crimp sockets (item 4) onto an end of each wire (item 6). Note: c. d. Wires may be trimmed as required for best fit at time of installation.

3.

Pin wires to sockets 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on plug P1012 (item 5). Use extractor to de-pin wires SSW723-22N and SSW722-22 from sockets 1 and 2 on plug P684. e. Twist end of wire SSW1859-22N from socket 1 on plug P1012 to end of wire SSW72322N. f. Use socket crimping tool to crimp socket (item 2) at twisted wire end. Pin twisted wire socket at socket 2 on plug P684. g. Twist end of wire SSW1858-22 from socket 5 on plug P1012 to end of wire SSW722-22. h. Use socket crimping tool to crimp socket (item 2) at twisted wire end. Pin twisted wire socket at socket 1 on plug P684. i. Splice wire AACC629-22 from socket 2 on plug P1012 to wires AACC629-22 at sockets 86 and 30 on plug P696. j. Use jewelers screwdriver to de-pin wire CSTM709-22 from socket 87a on plug P696. k. Splice wire CSTM1857-22 from socket 4 on plug P1012 to wire CSTM709-22. l. Use spade crimping tool to crimp spade (item 3) at end of wire AACC1807-22. Insert wire AACC1807-22 from socket 3 on plug P1012 to terminal 87a on plug P696. Connect plug P1012 to jack J1012 on stall warning cable assembly (item 1). Note: Connector identification may be written directly onto connector.

4. 5. 6. 7. 8. F.

Use marker to label P1012 on wire marker tag (item 9). Install wire marker tag onto wire bundle at plug P1012. Use marker to label 70148-101 on wire marker tag (item 9). Install wire marker tag onto wire bundle at center. Install cable ties (item 7) as required to secure wires to existing wire harnesses. Install cable ties (item 8) as required to secure circuit card on cable assembly to existing wire harnesses. Verify circuit card on cable assembly does not contact console structure.

E. Install MFD. (Refer to AMM 34-40) Perform Inspection/Check - Stall Warning Operational Check - Ground. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. Set BAT 1 to ON position. After PFD system powers up, press [Hdg] on the S-TEC System 55 to activate the autopilot. Press the autopilot disconnect button on either the pilot's side yoke or the co-pilot's side yoke. Verify that the autopilot is deactivated. Press [Hdg] on the S-TEC System 55 to activate the autopilot. At RH wing leading edge, ensure area surrounding stall warning port is clean. Moisten suction cup and firmly press cup over stall warning port. Activate stall warning pressure switch by sharply pulling suction cup directly away from stall warning port. Verify horn sounds audible warning signal and that the autopilot is deactivated. Set BAT 1 to OFF position.
