Leadership has been described as a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task".

LEADERS
Leader is a guiding or directing head or a person that leads or influences the people.

LEADERS QUALITIES
There are different qualities among the leaders such as: They know themselves. They are committed They are expert in their field. They also know they dont know everything. They are open to change. Etc.

POLITICAL LEADER MUMMAR GADDAFI

Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi (June 1942 October 2011), commonly known as Muammar Gaddafi. Muammar Gaddafi came to power in Libya in 1969 and has ruled the country as a dictator ever since. He is the longest ruling leader in the Middle East and Northern Africa. Gaddafi was born in the desert town of Sirte. He was a great Libyan nationalist Hero. In his hold he was never dependent on the foreign forces. As a good leader he tried his best to fulfill every need of the Libyan people. Gaddafi showed that he himself is like other humans; Gaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a home. He follows the rules and was punctual. His personality was such that attracts the people to listen him. He created a mixture of capitalism and socialism with the Islamic ideas too. He tried to bring his people and country out of the isolation. He knows how to normalize according to the situation. He made his work and personality recognized and respected among people. Infect he was a statesman. He never learned to step down.

SOCIAL LEADER ABDUL SATTAR EDHI

Dr. Abdul Sattar Edhi incepted his humanitarian work in 1951 from Karachi, Pakistan. Abdul Sattar Edhi was born on 28th December, 1928 in Bantva, India. Dr. Edhi has received various recognitions including national and international awards. Dr. Edhi strongly believes in his will power and positive thinking and he is a centurion leader in its true sense. He is selfless person. He is a mobile institution ready to respond any time. He has broken all the barriers of racial, religious etc and just showed that humanity comes first. He has no greed for the material world. His selfconfidence helped him in becoming a good social leader. He developed personal values of simplicity, hard work, and sensitivity to others feelings, humanity and truthfulness. He is always awake i.e. in mode of alertness, urgency, and dissatisfaction at all times. He is a risk taker, a decision maker and courageous individual. His emphatic communication are one of the most important skills that enables him to sense the hearts and the emotions. The word difficult is not in his dictionary and he aims high.

MUSLIM LEADER QUAID-E-AZAM

Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born on December 25, 1876, in Wazir Mansion, New Naham Road, Khara-Dar, Karachi. He was always elegantly and tastefully dressed. Mr. Jinnah was always self confident, strong and full of pride and as a matter of principle he would never entertain favors from anyone, or accept any giveaway as gesture of generosity. He could not be bought, he could not be lured. Inspite of his health the Quaid-e-Azam worked tirelessly He has the cool thinking, He has the tackling power, with strong arguments. He knew the weaknesses of his people, was aware of the organizational deficiencies that the Musalmans suffered from, still he tried his best to make them organized. He was respected as committed, resolute and an perfect leader with the highest integrity. Mr. Jinnah was a one man think-tank of the Muslim League and Muslims of the subcontinent. He preferred to address those in uniform as mister rather than by their rank, as people liked to be called as respected.
