PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL 1) Which employee is evaluated for appraisal?-The employee who is dedicated & hard worker towards his/her work.

2) What are the types of appraisal system used in your organisation?Probationary appraisal, Annual appraisal. 3) Do you think performance of employees improve after the process of performance appraisal?-Yes Everyone needs some appreciation for smarter work. 4) Why do you appraise the performance?-Based on that we can know the performance of the employee
