CHAPTER 5 Findings
Most of the people in Veraval city are investing in equity Most of the clients are loyal to their service provider company & turnover ratio is less. In particular Veraval city people prefer to such company which provides more debit limit. In Veraval city there is no VSAT so more clients cannot be attracted. The strong point of the company is that they are providing good service and also good research as compare to other no company provides such type of keep in contact with client every times In Veraval city there is the problem of high speed internet connection so there is more need of VSAT
In Veraval city people have not so much knowledge of share market. People generally want to take trading decisions the guidance of Friends or Well Known Stock Broking Houses. In Veraval city people expects to get more research base tips.
In Veraval city people prefer to deal with such type of company in which they have some kind of relations or his friends deals with that company.

CHAPTER 6 Limitations
Personal Bias: Clients scarce to give some information regarding they investment because of income tax department so sometimes they give wrong information and clients may also have personal bias towards particular investment option so they may not give correct information. Area: The area was limited to Veraval City only, so we cannot know the degree of the literacy outside the city. Sample Size: The last limitation is Sample Size, which is of 100 only; due to which we may not get the proper results.

India Infoline should establish VSAT facility in Veraval branch because there is problem of high speed internet connection. India Infoline should give free sms service and also give daily tips to attract new customers. India Infoline should give some time limit in case of when GHis under 25% when the client is loyal to the company and can give his money in near future. India Infoline should decrease deposit amount in order to attract new customers. As per my knowledge the deposit amount should be half. India infoline should give some motivation to their employee to achieve their target so that they will provide more good work. India infoline should do some campaign because people have strong belief about Marwadi finance.
