General Description:
The Electro-Voice PX1152M is a versatile fullrange, 2way floor monitor loudspeaker system that is part of the Electro-Voice Phoenix Series and is intended for high output sound reinforcement in a large range of portable sound applications. The PX1152M is capable of being configured as either passive or biamp, and can be used fullrange for stage monitor applications or used with a subwoofer as a very compact system with extended low frequency capability. The PX1152M uses the DVX3151 woofer, a high efficiency 15-inch woofer with forced air cooling. Dual ND2-16 compression drivers are precisely summed in a manifold for increased power handling, maximum SPL, and low distortion. The very low distortion 90 x 45 horn provides optimal coverage in the PX1152Ms configurations. The enclosure is constructed of 18-mm, 13-ply plywood, using tongue and groove joints and EVCoatTM for long term durability. As a stage monitor, the PX1152M provides symetrical left and right 60 monitor angles, and NL4 connectors on each side of the enclosure for connecting multiple monitors. An integrated rigging point allows for installation on a truss using the VSA-1 strong arm accessory.

Designed to be used as array elements, two PX2152s can be arrayed together for 120 of horizontal coverage in the standard configuration, or 90 if the horns are rotated. The enclosure is constructed of 18mm, 13-ply plywood, using tongue and groove joints and EVCoat for long term durability. The PX2152 is designed as a full range loudspeaker, and can be used with a PX2181 for maximum low frequency output. The enclosure shares the same footprint as other speakers in the Phoenix line for system flexibility.

The Electro-Voice PX2181 is a high efficiency dual 18 subwoofer system that is part of the Electro-Voice Phoenix Series and is intended for high output low frequency sound reinforcement in fixed-installation and portable sound applications. The PX2181 is configured for biamping, and can be used with the PX2122 and PX2152 for full range touring systems with extended LF. The PX2181 uses dual DVX3180 woofers, a high efficiency 18-inch woofer with forced air cooling. The DVX3180s are coupled to a low frequency horn for maximum efficiency and punch. The enclosure is constructed of 18-mm, 13-ply plywood, using tongue and groove joints and EVCoat for long term durability. The enclosure is designed to be placed in vertical and horizontal configurations, and alignment cups are placed in the enclosure to array multiple subwoofers. Three PX2122s can be placed on top of the PX2181 in the horizontal configuration. A caster accessory is available on the PX2181 for easy mobility. A switch on the PX2181 allows connection of both woofers to one amplifier channel in parallel mode, and to be used with each woofer to an amplifier channel in dual mode. In dual mode, three PX2181s can be connected to two amplifier channels for maximum flexibility.

The very low distortion 45 x 30 horn provides tight coverage, long throw, and is rotatable. Designed to be used as array elements, up to three PX2122s can be arrayed together for 135 of horizontal coverage. The enclosure is constructed of 18-mm, 13-ply plywood using tongue and groove joints and EVCoat for long term durability. The PX2122 is designed to reproduce the frequency range above 80 Hz, and should be used with the PX2181 subwoofer for fullrange. The enclosure shares the same footprint as other speakers in the Phoenix line for system flexibility.
