. TEACHER CREATIVE MOTIVATED COMMUNICATIVE SENSE OF HUMOR POSITIVE ORGANIZED

SOME QUALITIES THAT BE A GOOD TEACHER There are many qualities of being a good teacher , first if students see that you really want to teach well then they will be prepared to help you with that. Second be creative a teacher must be innovative and adopt new ideas, incorporate techniques and activities and if is necessary invent different plays. Third a teacher must be enthusiastic, the intrinsic motivations for the students and take actions in that way the student can learn a lot. Fourth being communicative, the personal communication is important, teachers should listen to students being confidence, but a teacher know how to take the tension out of tight situations, uses humor and do not have a bored class, although there are many negatives things a teacher must think positively about students, people, and can move forward to make the most of difficult situations with obstacles and finally being organized with the activities and the uses of time. 2_ Teacher have to adopt a number of different roles in class A Teacher is not only teaching knowledge if not also a controller, assessor, resource, prompter, tutor. A teacher as a controller which are in complete charge of the class, they not only see what the students do but also what and when they speak or what language they use all attention is focused on the front of the class, and SS are all working at the same time. The teacher as prompter This role refers to the way the Teacher may encourage students to participate in an activity when there is silence or they are confused about what to do. 3 what should a teacher do to have a successful teaching?

Good teachers have a sense of purpose. As a teacher, this means that you know what your students expect, and you make plans to meet those expectations. Have expectations about what happens in your classroom, you expect punctuality and good attendance. You spend time explaining the format of the test and helping students to improve their test-taking skills. And if you want your students to become better, more involved readers, you allow time for reading and provide access to books. Good teachers have expectations of success for all students. We have to create a climate for different situations or success. Good teachers adapt and change to meet student needs. We teach so that students will learn, and when learning doesn't happen, we need to doe new strategies, think in new ways, and generally do anything possible to revive the learning process. It's wonderful to have a good methodology, but it's better to have students engaged in good learning. Good teachers are reflective. A good teacher think about and reflect on their classes, their students, their methods, and their materials. They compare and contrast, draw parallels and distinctions, review, remove and restore. Failing to observe what happens in our classes on a daily basis disconnects us from the teaching and learning process, because it's impossible to create connectivity. Good teachers had good role models. Think back again to your three best teachers. How has your own teaching been shaped by their practices, We learn to teach gradually, and absorb ideas and practices from a variety of sources. The different models of teaching we've acquired, and looking at how we acquired them, makes us better able to adapt and change to suit new challenges. Good teachers enjoy their work and their students. Teachers who enjoy their work and their students are motivated, energized, and creative. Enjoying your work and enjoying your students may be two different things and no may make students feel extraneous, Focusing exclusively on students it may make students feel understood and appreciated, but may not help them to achieve their educational goals as quickly as they'd like. Achieving a balance between the two extremes takes time and attention. 4. Define the word skill.

Skill, the ability to do something well arising from talent, training, or practice. a teacher have to see classroom management as a separate aspect, we have to think something to do a successful activity, we know how work with them such as in group, pairs or whole class, we give instructions.

Matching tasks and groups Students learn a lot when they enjoy the activities, but many times we have o think if matching activities because some of them are happy but other need help and guidance but they respond well. Variety Teachers have to know the curriculum and what material we have to follow to teach for example sometimes students have to compare answer in pairs and work on comprehension questions in the same way. Teachers use variety ways of work without lessons, in that way the class not be boring and we might make a different kind of activity such as a role play. Destinations We have to persuade our students of the usefulness. Good activities and do a destination apparent because student need ideas and the place thus we have to know when they have got there. 5. Write the definitions for the following terms and explain their relevance to teaching TOPICS MAGIC MOMENTS DEFINITIONS
Magical Moments, an inspirational method of documenting learning, is transforming the way we relate to children

RELEVANCE TO TEACHING
Magical Moments, which is an ongoing process of reciprocal learning, works in collaboration with the children and their families. Inspires educators to think and act creatively when documenting for each child.

LEARNING OUTCOME

A learning outcome is the specification of what a student should learn as the result of a period of specified and supported study.

Learning outcomes are concerned with the achievements of the learner rather than the intentions of the teacher (expressed in the aims of a module or course). They can take many forms and can be broad or narrow in nature. (INTERNET LEARNING OUTCOME/ ANALIC QUALITY)
is used to build relationships with others quickly and to gain their trust and confidence.

RAPPORT

Rapport is a term used to

describe, in common terms, the relationship of two or more people who are in sync or on the

same wavelength because they feel similar and/or relate well to each other.

LEARNER AUTONOMY

Autonomous learners are those who explicitly accept responsibility for their own learning. The autonomous learner shows initiative regarding learning, and shares in monitoring progress and evaluating the extent to which learning is achieved.

It is also theorized that student achievement motivation expectancies regarding academic confidence, achievement goals, and learning strategies forecasts learner autonomy. For example, it is unlikely a student with poor academic confidence would easily become an autonomous learner.
