The teacher as tutor This role combines the Teachers ability of a coach and that of a resource centre when students are involved in their own work, and call upon the T mainly for advice and guidance. This role applies to the Teacher being a guide to the students in project work . Matching tasks and groups Students learn a lot when they enjoy the activities, but many times we have o think if matching activities because some of them are happy but other need help and guidance but they respond well. Variety Teachers have to know the curriculum and what material we have to follow to teach for example sometimes students have to compare answer in pairs and work on comprehension questions in the same way. Teachers use variety ways of work without lessons, in that way the class not be boring and we might make a different kind of activity such as a role play. Destinations We have to persuade our students of the usefulness. Good activities and do a destination apparent because student need ideas and the place thus we have to know when they have got there. 5. LEARNER AUTONOMY
Autonomous learners are those who explicitly accept responsibility for their own learning. The autonomous learner shows initiative regarding learning, and shares in monitoring progress and evaluating the extent to which learning is achieved.
It is also theorized that student achievement motivation expectancies regarding academic confidence, achievement goals, and learning strategies forecasts learner autonomy. For example, it is unlikely a student with poor academic confidence would easily become an autonomous learner.
