Conduct daily walk throughs reviewing that the new SOPs are being followed Assist Process Owner with any problems or issues that have come up that prevent the sustainment of the improvements Update area postings with "fresh" Improvement Metric Information Post To-Do-List-Follow-up Document and current status Conduct a post Kaizen review with the VSM, process owner and Champion. Evaluate control measures for effectiveness. Make recommendations for future Kaizen Events

Review Financial Impact with "Money Belt" Deliver Final Presentation Load event status into Event Tracking System

Conduct daily walk throughs reviewing that the new SOPs are being followed Assist Process Owner with any problems or issues that have come up that prevent the sustainment of the improvements Update area postings with "fresh" Improvement Metric Information Post To-Do-List-Follow-up Document and current status Re-Evaluate control measures for effectiveness.

Post Final Update to area postings with "fresh" Improvement Metric Information Reconfirm that Process Owner has sustained improvements Review To-Do-List-Follow-up at the Next Kaizen Event Kickoff Meeting Load event status into Event Tracking System

Things to Remember: 1. Communicate several times a day with the process owners. 2. If you are conducting an event in less than five days, you will not have as many Daily Progress Reviews. 3. Practice your final presentation at least once and hand out any team shirts to wear during presentation.
