Purchase Agreement

Dorian Mayhew Rothschild (the "Seller"), of 60 Arthur St., San Rafael, California 94901, does hereby sell, assign and transfer to Peter R. Olsen (the "Buyer"), of 35 Palm Circle Dr., Corte Madera, California 95422, the following property. PROPERTY: Rolex Watch IDENTIFICATION NUMBER: GS123432 AMOUNT: $147,000.00 for a TOTAL AMOUNT OF $147,000.00 The Seller warrants that the property is being transferred to the Buyer free and clear of any liens and encumbrances. The Seller warrants that the above property is in good working condition, but makes no further warranties, express or implied (except as specifically stated in this document). The Seller shall not be liable for any damages (including without limitation, direct, special, or consequential damages). The Seller shall only be obligated to pay the reasonable repair cost of the specified item, not to exceed the sales price. This obligation shall only apply to defects discovered during the 1 year. day period that begins with the date of this Purchase Agreement. This transfer is effective as of May 31, 2012. The property is now located at 60 Arthur St., San Rafael, California 94901, and all of such property is in the possession of Dorian M. Rothschild.
