INTRODUCTION OF PROJECT:The project or software is based on the shopping mall and data entry of the product in database. The application is a user friendly and provides a graphical user interface for the user to understand it easily. This application provides very easy method to input data through a form into database. We can see the stored data of any product whose entry is present in the database. There is no need to use any other application for these works. Online shopping is a form of electronic commerce whereby consumers directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet without an intermediary service. An online shop, eshop, e-store, Internet shop, webshop, webstore, online store, or virtual store evokes the physical analogy of buying products or services at a bricksand-mortar retailer or shopping centre. The process is called business-to-consumer (B2C) online shopping. When a business buys from another business it is called business-to-business (B2B) online shopping. One advantage of shopping online is being able to quickly seek out deals for items or services with many different vendors (though some local search engines do exist to help consumers locate products for sale in nearby stores). Search engines, online price comparison services and discovery shopping engines can be used to look up sellers of a particular product or service. Shipping costs (if applicable) reduce the price advantage of online merchandise, though depending on the jurisdiction, a lack of sales tax may compensate for this. Shipping a small number of items, especially from another country, is much more expensive than making the larger shipments bricks-and-mortar retailers order. Some retailers (especially those selling small, high-value items like electronics) offer free shipping on sufficiently large orders. Another major advantage for retailers is the ability to rapidly switch suppliers and vendors without disrupting users' shopping experience..

OBJECTIVE OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT:Beside every application, there is always an objective. The main objective of my application is to create simple website for On-line Shopping. application is very easy to use. Any person with basic knowledge of computer can handle and maintenance this . TYPE OF PROJECT:1. The project is web based application. 2. This is application will create by using programming language. 3. Web application will also create in application software. application very easily.

DATABASE STRUCTURE:Program will use MS-Access as database software, which store data in a database. I will use MS-Access as database because it is easy to use than other database softwares like My SQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 etc. MS-Access is easy to handle and maintainance.

SCOPE OF PROJECT:1. The web application is used in web. 2. We will prepare a database of product using this website. 3. Provide a better way to store product data in a database. 4. This web application only provide cash on delivery facility for product purchasing.

5. This application provides facility to enter detail information about product like product serial number, Product name, Product rate, product quantity etc. 6. We can search products by name or serial number.

If any new Shopping web application comes in the market better than it, then we make it more better manageable than new web appllication. 5. Make it more reliable and easy to use according to user. 6. On-line query. 7. We can also enhance this website to the feature of online purchasing through debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.
