SPACE B AND SPACE C

Divided into two areas, the second floor is devoted to digital/immersive arts and innovative filmmaking. A stunning realization, the double-height Space B seats 94 in cinema configuration and up to 150 standing. Used for film events, it easily doubles as a sound stage and production facility. It boasts a powerful 2K digital projector and hi-fi system. Active 3D technology for an augmented and interactive cinematic experience. Space C is vast and serves as the main exhibition hall. As it is highly adaptable, it also accommodates resident artists who then exhibit their work on the premises. The PHI Centre is designed to preserve the aural integrity of all works presented and produced. As such, Space C is always free of the sounds coming from other spaces, such as Space B. In fact, the whole Centre was built to provide guests, visitors and artists with an optimal acoustic environment.
