MATTHEW B. ROSENTHALS ANSWER TO PLAINTIFFS COMPLAINT Now comes the Defendant, Matthew B. Rosenthal, by and through his attorney, Arno Gerbrecht, and answers the complaint as follows:
1. Defendant admits the allegations contained in Paragraph 1 of the Complaint.

b. Defendant lacks sufficient evidence to admit or deny the allegations contained in Paragraph 3(b) but demands specific proof thereof. c. Defendant denies the allegations contained in Paragraph 3(c) and demands specific proof thereof. d. Defendant lacks sufficient evidence to admit or deny the allegations contained in Paragraph 3(d) but demands specific proof thereof. e.
