Description

Prices above stated are for a minimum stay of 2 nights, for only one night of stay, there is an overprice of 5,00 euro for each person except in green season. In August we ask for a minimum stay of one week PRICES INCLUDE: - Use of the two swimming-pools and of the common external barbecue. - Initial an final cleaning. - Bed linen with weekly change and towels with change every 4 days. - Water, use of the T.V in each accomodation. - Car parking. - Use of the equipped kitchen (in each apartment). PRICES NOT INCLUDE: - Gas (for heating, hot water and kitchen) 5,00 /mc. - Air conditioned (in some accomodations) 0.40/KW - Visitors tax 1,5 for each person older than 13 years for each night (maximum 5 nights) AT YOUR REQUEST Wood for fire-place (in some apartments) 5.00 daily. Little bed for children 6.00 daily. Pets 7.00 daily. Check in from 4,00pm until not later than 8pm. For arrive in different times, please contact us. Check out not later than 10am. Bookings and renouncings We ask for your credit card dates (owner, type of card [master, visa, card si not American express], number, date of empire),maximum in one week from the confirmed reservation, only in security for the reservation, we dont accept credit cards for the settlement. Settlement at the arrive in cash..
