I have not yet met the ASMs I am not clear about their specific training needs. I can assist the management to prepare a general module that could relate to Effective supervision and their roles as front line managers. I have some innovative new ideas on effective incentive models.I require 6 to 7 days to complete this task. -----I can manage to provide content input. Management may present these contents selectively as per organizational need. I am not so proficient in preparing PPt s . I need secretarial support for this type of work. I need atleast 5 o 6 days to complete this type of assignment to the required level.
