Transfer between heating mode in winter time and cooling mode in summer time will have to take place automatically. The DDC will decide whether to follow cooling/heating modes based on outside air temperature . If outside air temperature is less than a certain limit TL heating mode will take place. If outside air temperature is higher than a certain limit TH cooling mode will take place. A range of x degrees between TH and TL will be left to optimize energy usage ( dead band zone ).

-If the decision is taken by Lead/Lag sequence to start a certain chiller it will also open chilled water evaporator valve. -If the decision is taken by Lead/Lag sequence to stop a certain chiller it will also close chilled water evaporator valve. - If valve is opened and pump started and a delay time T1 is expired without a positive flow indication. - If valve is opened or closed and no feedback signals is received after a T2 seconds delay, an alarm is generated. - Adjustable time channel (Overridable) - according to Energy Management, Lead/Lag programs and load request. - Pump Status & COS. - VFD General Alarm. - Run time totalizer. - If differential pressure measured across the load is lower or equals to a certain pressure (P1), all pump will run at maximum flow output. If the differential pressure starts to increase, the system will modulate the frequency inverter supplied to modulate pump speed and based on the measured differential pressure. If the flow across the load decreases to less than the flow rate of one pump, the system will stop one pump and again start modulating the others until stopping it and vice versa. - Overload current relay will stop the pump in case of reaching maximum operating current. - The frequency inverter frequency range setting must also be set to protect motor from reaching overload so that function will never be lost. - Secondary pump operation will take place if at least one chiller is started, lead/lag sequence will decide which pump will start first. - Get pump status signals (COS), run time tantalizer, overload and lo flow indications and alarms. - Any failed/failed to start pump must be directly disabled and the next pump as per leading/lag sequence must start to replace the failed one.

-If the decision is taken by Lead/Lag sequence to start a certain chiller it will also open chilled water evaporator valve. -If the decision is taken by Lead/Lag sequence to stop a certain chiller it will also close chilled water Condenser valve. - If valve is opened and pump started and a delay time T1 is expired without a positive flow indication. - If valve is opened or closed and no feedback signals is received after a T2 seconds delay, an alarm is generated. - If the decision is taken by the Lead/Lag sequence to start a certain chiller it will also start Chiller condenser pump after making sure of the chiller condenser valve is opened. - If the decision is taken by the Lead/Lag sequence to stop a certain Chiller, it will also stop the chiller condenser pump. - If pump is started and a delay time T1 is expired without a positive flow indication - If pump is started or stopped and no feedback signals is recieved (Status&Flow) after a T2 secs delay, and alarm is generated - COS trip alarms - Run-time totalizer - If cooling tower main return header temperature lower than setpoint, valve will open in function of the deviation between main return header temperature and setpoint - If cooling tower main return header temperature higher than setpoint, valve will close in function of the deviation between main return header temperature and setpoint

- Adjustable time channel (Qverridable). - If started through Energy Management, Lead/ Lag programs and load request. - If the decision is taken by the lead/lag sequence to stop a certain pump. - If differential pressure measured across the load is lower or equals to a certain pressure (P1), pump will run at maximum flow output. If the differential pressure starts to increase, the system will modulate the frequency inverter supplied to modulate pump speed and based on the measured differential pressure. - Overload current relay will stop the pump in case of reaching maximum operating current. - The frequency inverter frequency range setting must also be set to protect motor from reaching overload so that function will never be lost. - Lead/lag sequence will decide which pump will start. - Get pump status signals (COS), run time tantalizer, overload and lo flow indications and alarms. - Any pump fail to start must be directly disabled and the next pump as per leading/lag sequence must start to replace the failed one. - If pump started or stopped and no feedback signals is recieved (status & flow) after a T2 secs delay, and alarm is generated. - COS, trip alarms. - Run-time Totalizer.
