Sales is a one time process(means just selling the product to the customer) but marketing is ongoing process (Identifing the customer needs,devloping the desired product,sales and then aftersales servicesor customer delight).

How would u sell this particular product(whatever available on table)may be mobile,pen,laptop etc?? first we give advertisement and educate the target customer about the product and compre with the existing products and make them sure that if they associate with this product, they do the right thing. What do you do personally for your professional development? I keep myself in touch with everyone working with me, I never say no for any activity or initiative taken by the company. I try to help my collegues sometimes by going out of my way like helping them with their work if I have time and they are overburden, I try to seek reasons for any decisions taken by my superiors.I try to read all the information about the company and the sector I am working in. why i do we select you for this post? i am a person of soft skill and i have good convincing power, good communication skill. which will help you a lot for your company.
