Kindly refer the Project Authority Certificate and its subsequent amendments issued by MPGCL and corresponding certificates issued by M/s L & T against the subject contract. In this regard we would like to inform you that we have further placed the orders for various items as listed in Annexure-I and the same are under manufacturing and supplies. As you are kindly aware that the deemed export benefits are available against all the finished goods being supplied to the project. We therefore request you to kindly issue an amendment to the Project Authority Certificate to include the name of subvendors listed at annexure-I whose supplies are likely to be affected shortly so that the exemption as applicable in case of deemed export contract in accordance with Export and Import Policy with regard to the excise duty may be available.
