Cell: 304-629-7169. ************ {02:09:40.000} [Howard] I wanted to go over some of this stuff on principal and agent tonight out of an old case in old cases where you still find the law to have been actually spelled out as to what it really meant. New cases are so perverted by lawyers, today, that theyre almost as bad as doctors and their perversion of medicine. There is no medicine on the market today, its all drugs. They perverted the meaning of medicine. Well, the lawyers have perverted the meaning of the law and turned everything around backwards on us. What we have to learn how and why its so backwards and realize the position that they put us in so we can get out of that position. Thats what I wanted to talk about tonight, so, Neil youre finally going to get what you asked for. I didnt mean to run so late discussing all this other stuff but its been interesting.

Let me get into this explanation here on principal and agent. This comes from a very old court casewell, its not very old, 1930, but thats prior to the Erie Railroad decision and the doing away with the Constitution and the common law that was caused by the Erie Railroad decision. Now, this goes back into the old days when they paid attention to the law and they actually spelled out in court case what the law was all about. This case is called Connelly v. Special Road and Bridge District. The cite of this casenow, this is a little bit hard to find. You may find this by Googling it on www.findlaw.com, but you may not. I dont know; Im not even sure how we got this. But its 126 Southern Reporter, page 794, which means its a US Court of Appeals case (Florida case)the Southern Report, Northern Reporter, Eastern Reporter, Pacific Report, which means its a US Court of Appeals case. These are courts of appeals cases. When its a US Supreme Court case its noted as US. This never made it to the US Supreme Court. It was resolved at the Court of Appeals level. Now, the whole decision of this case is not important at all to us. Whats important is what they quoted out of the law of principal and agent. Ive been talking about this law of principal and agent recently in the last year or so and doing a lot of study into it. The first statement is principal and agent Key 69(1). Now, let me explain this, Key symbol and a number. This comes out of the Federal Digest. The Federal Digest is a series of cases listed in the book called The Digest related to a particular subject matter such as principal and agent. In a law library if you go to the shelf and find the Federal Digest you can look these things up and each one of them will have a key number to it. Its a little symbol of a key and a number. Now, these are the keys to the lawthats what this really means. Now, listen to what under Key 69, Subsection 1: Agents efforts must be for the principals benefit and he may not deal in agency business for his own benefit. Now, Ive been telling you and explaining to you as best as I could that with enough research we have found out that the word, resident, means agent of a corporation. In the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution, Article 1 of it states: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state in which they reside. That created a presumption that if you lived near the state government within the territory known by the same name that you are resident within. And I told you a story in the past of how a judge trapped me because I didnt know enough. I said to him that I was not a resident of the State of Maryland and he said, well, youre here, arent you. And I wasnt sharp enough yet to say, where are you, what do you mean here? And I said, well, yeah, Im here. He said, well then, youre a resident. It is a presumption based on you being somewhere near the state and receiving benefits from the state. You go back into some old case law, Hale v. Hinckel, years ago, that case said that the State provides nothing to you and you owe nothing back to the State. What the state does provide such as police and fire protection is a duty of the State, it is not a benefit. If the State doesnt provide you with some kind of a benefit then you dont owe anything back to the State. Well, today, the lawyers have turned that around and made nothing but a blatant presumption that if you live here and you use our roads then the States provided you with a benefit. If you use our

schools then the States provided you with a benefit. If you use our hospitals then the State has provided you with a benefit. If you use our courts then the State has provided you with a benefit. Thats not correct but its typical lawyer approach to things and these benefits as a matter of fact theres a Maryland case called Fax v. the State of Marylanda very old case. And that case said that the income tax was not figured or imposed upon the labor of a person but it was imposed upon the benefits, privileges and opportunities of residency within the State. That state had a cross reference to a federal case called Grimes v. New York and in that case, a federal US District Court case and later taken on to an appeals court, again, they said the same thing that the income tax was not imposed upon an individuals labor but upon the benefits, privileges and opportunities of residents within the State. Residents being a status of agency puts you and I in a presumptive position of being resident agents, not just residents but resident agents, of the State government. As an agent this kind of a statement in a law of principal and agent then definitely applies. The agent and his efforts must be for his principal. In other words, you and I, we better do everything for the benefit of the state. And you and Iit says he heremay not deal in agency business for our own benefit, only for the benefit of the State. The next statement, principal and agent, again, Key 69, Subsection 1: Servant is chargeable for breach of duty if without the masters knowledge and consent he engages in transactions bring his personal interest into conflict with the obligations as a fiduciary agent he can be charged with breach of his duty. Now, they dont make laws charging you with breach of a duty. They make laws charging you with failing to file income tax. They make laws charging you with driving without a license. They make laws charging you with driving under the influence. The government considers you and I to be one of their agents. They consider us to be under their authority. Did you understand what those two paragraphs I just read said? They said that the principal has total, total, total control over the agent. Everything the agent does must be for the benefit of the principal. And as a resident of the State you must do everything for the benefit of the State and nothing to benefit yourself. You are in breach of your duty when you dont agree with us, when you dont participate with us. No wonder any of you wonderful people out there that have stood up against government have been persecuted terribly because youre doing something that is against the interest of the State. You are not cooperating. You are bad people according to the State. I dont think our Creator looks upon you the same way. I think the Creator looks upon you as bad people if you do cooperate with the State but, again, thats my opinion. You dont have to agree with me and I really dont care whether you do or not. Im only teaching what Ive learned. If you can understand it and see it, fine. If you cant understand and see it, thats fine too. That tells me the difference between people with a degree of intelligence and people with no degree of intelligence. Anyway, the next thing that this case goes into, again principal and agent, its still under Key 69, Subsection 1: An agent who without the principals knowledge and sanction procures personal advantages from transactions set and contemplated by employment contracts breaches his duty unless he cares with his principal.

Does that sound like income tax to you? If you look in the income tax lawsand Ive told people this for yearstheres no tax imposed on a volunteer. But if you look closely at the income tax laws all income tax is imposed on employees. Now, just exactly how are we employed? Are we employed with the government as resident agents? Well, according to Fax v. Maryland and Grimes v. New York, thats exactly what we are. We are receiving benefits, privileges and opportunities from government. So we are employed in government activity. It has nothing to do, nothing whatsoever to do, with where you work or what kind of work you do. That has nothing to do with employment. If you study closely into the IRS Code youll find out that the tax is only employed on people employed with the government who have an income from sources within the employment of the government and read 864(c), Subsection 4, (a) and (b). (a) says the tax is imposed upon incomes from a conduct of trade or business within the United States and Subsection (b) says there is no tax imposed upon income from the conduct of a trade or business without the United States. Now, are we within or are we without? Only you would know that. If you work for the governmentfor instance, Robin, my sweet little lady who just spoke up a few minutes ago, used to work for the US Post Office. That is a government installation. Her income was from a source within the government. She owed a tax. Robin paid her taxes. She did the right thing. She heard a lot of rhetoric around this country today by leaders, speakers and such who will tell you that a man is entitled to the fruits of his labor, all this other rhetoric that they put together. Yeah, youre entitled to the fruits of your labor providing that your labor wasnt through a privilege of working within the government and enjoying a government privilege. That was right if they would have explained all that. I tried to help some police officers in New York City quite a number of years ago, probably about ten or fifteen years ago to fight the fact that they were being charged with willful failure to file income tax because they had gotten involved with some of these protest organizations and really fell for that line that they were entitled to the benefits and fruits of their labor. They didnt file or pay their taxes. I tried to help them fight it. We werent going to win. The reason we werent going to win was eventually they helped me to learn and tie this down a little bit that their income was from sources within the United States because they work for the City of New York which is an agency of the State of New York, which is an agency of the United States government so they actually receive their money, their income, from sources within the United States and we were not going to beat their case. Robin would have never won if she were to try to do it. Thank heavens she didnt try. A school teacherthats got to be the dumbest bunch of people on the face of this earth they actually dont realize that they work for the Department of Education which is part of government. They actually think they work for the Department of Education and thats not part of government. God bless America if were going to have stupid people like that teaching our children. They are working for government. That is a privileged job. They owe the tax. You dont like the tax quit being a school teacher and go get a real job. Quit being a police officer and go get a real job. Quit being a fireman and go get a real job. Quit being a secretary or a clerk of some kind for any government agency and go get a real job then you wouldnt owe a tax. But as an agent you owe a duty back to your principal that you have assigned yourself with of paying that tax of having a drivers license, of registering your automobile, because youve become part of them. But on the other hand people who have not become part of them, who have stayed in the private community, you may work for some corporation like General Motors Corporation or Boeing Aircraft or

think of any of these other big corporate organizations around the country if you can think of them. The officers of that corporation are owing a duty back to the government. Theyre the ones who have the privilege but the workers that work for General Motors or work for Boeing Corporation or work for any other little corporation of any kind that are not officers of the corporation are actually privately contracting to make money for that corporation and are not receiving the benefits, privileges or opportunities of the corporate status granted by the state or the United States and they are not taxable. A taking of tax from them is a taking of their private labor property without just compensation because they really are not agents but over the years that I have been involved in thisit is now pushingNovember it will be thirty-one years Ive been involved in this activity, one hundred percent involved. Prior to that, I was part time involved. I looked into a few things and I went to court with a few people. I tried to help a couple of people but I wasnt fully involved. From 1979 on I have been fully involved in doing nothing but this kind of work. trying to unwind this scam that this government has been running on our people. Not only the medicine and the scam of drugs and all this kind of stuff but also the scam of regulating our people, telling our people how they can run their married life, how they can run their business life, how they can run their personal affairs in life. They have to right to do this and I knew it. I just didnt know how to show it and I didnt know how they were getting away with it until I finally realized what that statement in the 14th Amendment did. It created the presumption that because you live in the area where the state government has control that you are presumed to be a resident which means an agent of the government. As an agent you are responsible for the principal, for everything. And the principal has total and complete control over all of your conduct and if you dont do what the principal says then youre in breach of your duty. I just read it to you out of this case. This case summarized the law of principal and agent. Ive been studying this law of principal and agent for months, twelve, fourteen months or so Ive been studying it. Its very long, very involved, rather complicated and until I think Jody, Daves wife, sent this case over to me that she found in her research God bless her for all the work she doesI couldnt find a simple way to show this, to explain this to people, that as an agent or residentwhich means the same thingthat we are bound to the government as principal and the only way that you can stop this is to terminate it. Now, the law of principal and agent is, again, conflicting with termination. If you have a principal and agent relationship where you have a duty to the principal to not reveal secrets of their business you can terminate the relationship but you cant terminate that duty. You cant give away their secrets, their recipe, for instance, for how something is made. Under certain circumstances you can terminate a relationship of principal and agent especially if it develops into a war. In a time of war the principal and agent relationship is terminated automatically by war. A fraudulent conduct by the principal that puts you into this position of agents makes it terminateable. If you know any secretsas a matter of fact, lets go into government. High ranking officials in government that know some of the secrets of how this government operates its money system and where they get the funds to fund the money system, he could not quit the government and then come out here and start talking about it and revealing what he knows because they could not just prosecute, the could persecute somebody who did something like that. I have no connection to the government. I never worked for them. Im not inside. I, from outside, have learned how their money system is fraudulent and I can tell you all about it and they cant do a thing about me because I have no principal-agent relationship duty to them to keep their secret.

Do you understand what Im saying? You dont either but there is a presumption created under that 14th Amendment that we are all resident agent provocateurs of government benefits, privileges and opportunities. And under that presumption we go into the court and we try to argue that we are free people, that we dont come under their laws, that we have certain rights and judges have told us time and time again the only rights you have are the ones I give you here in this courtroom and we thought he was a fifth column communist. No, actually, hes just enforcing the law of principal and agent. Now, the very interesting thing that I found out is the law of principal and agent has almost disappeared from the books. Ever since the Erie Railroad decision in 1938 this law of principal and agent is very, very rarely ever brought up. Now, think about that. If theyre going to enforce it and theyre going to use it and theyre going to use it in a fraudulent way, wouldnt you think they would keep quiet about it, they wouldnt talk about it, they wouldnt bring it up much at all in order to keep it sort of secret? Well, thats exactly what theyre doing, theyre keeping it secret. If they brought it up and used it, it might expose what theyre doing. Now, two of our people locally around and near me who have been around me for a long time are rather well-informed, they read, they study and they understand a lot of what Ive been explaining. They understand that the United States is a corporation located in Washington, D.C., that this country from sea from sea to shining sea, from the Canadian border to the Gulf of Mexico is North Americait is not the damned United States. The United States has jurisdictional control over the state governments that are located in each one of the fifty states but they do not have control over the private people that live in those territories known by the same name as the statethey know these things, they understand these things. Now, there are not too many people out here in this country that seem to understand that. And, of course, you dont and its not your fault. Education has never taught us what we should know. Its only taught us a bunch of hogwash so that we can perform in society to suit what they want us to do, so that we can be cooperative. Thats all they taught us. They didnt teach us to have knowledgethey taught us to cooperate. So, most people have been cooperating all these years. Now, if we got time I could to into where the Bible tells you about these things but well see whether I got enough time to get into that tonight. This law of principal and agent is imposed upon us through the presumption of residency and not through any real reality. As long as we dont rebut the presumption according to the Uniform Commercial Code which is the negotiable instruments that have been codified here in America since the 1960s, it states very clearly that if presumption remains a fact before the courts until it is rebutted by rebuttable evidencewell, I think I commented about lawyers and their inability to recognize evidence and we with such piss poor education that we have at very high tech levels have no idea what evidence is. We wouldnt know either what it was if we fell over a pile of it but were learning. Were learning to make them produce their evidence and slowly were learning how to produce evidence that would rebut their presumptions. And the most important thing that creates evidence is a statement by someone with first-hand knowledge. I know for a fact that I have never confronted this government and asked them for a privilege for me personally. Now, I grant you I have set up some corporations but Ive told you before I set everything up anonymouslyI dont put my name in there. So, personally, am not the president, vice-president or secretary-treasurer. Ive told you who the secretarytreasurer is, shes my girl friend. Her name is Mary Butterfingers and all the money slips out of her butter fingers and right into my pocket and thats why I love her so much. Shes

fictitious. She is the treasurer. The president and vice-president of the companies are fictitious names. Thats how business is supposed to be run. Business is a fiction. It should be run fictional. Our names should never be in there, our real name, should never be involved in business. Mine isnt and I dont allow it to be. I did when I was a young kid. I didnt know any better. It took me a while to learn these things. School certainly didnt teach it to me. It was never intended in schools for us to learn anything like this. Somehow I have managed over nearly forty years of my life to stay completely from any dealings in commerce and government. And some of the things I did, I did without knowing for sure whether what I was doing was going to work or not. They were trial and error but they turned out to work, sort of like a blessing that I asked for. I have managed to stay out of the eye of government by not having my name involved in anything. Its not involved in social security activity. Its not involved in business activity of any kind, not involved in any kind of licenses from government. Its not involved in any corporate privileges granted by government which means that Ive stayed very low key. Now, for some reason thats not what we were taught. I remember way back in elementary school being told by my parents, by the nuns at the Catholic elementary school that I went to, by the priests at church on Sunday that we should get a good education. We should go to school and get a good education so that we can get a good job and we can make lots of money and I just didnt listen very well. I didnt get a good education. I quit school in the ninth grade. Now, I did go on to night school and do some specific studies that I wanted but I didnt go on and get any kind of diploma from high school. I didnt get a degree from college. I have finally determined that a college degree is just one degree of intelligence and you need an awful lot more than that to get along in life. I didnt do too badly without any of their degrees because I didnt go ask for a job in their system. I didnt ask for privileges or benefits in their system. I worked as much as I could outside of their system but I used their system by creating these corporations and these limited liability companies in more recent years and trusts and things like to let business be functioned through those things without my name involved. Now, Im not too sure that you understand how to do this and Im not going to tell you to try to go do it. Its not an easy thing to do. Its very complicated to keep yourself out of those activities but this is how you stay away from their functions. Their functions are all fictional. This entire world is fictional. It is a fictional presumption that all of us are residents. It is fictional presumptions that commerce exists because it only exists on a piece of paper. There is real commerce. Somebody manufactures a produce and they sell it to somebody elsethats real commerce. But you know what? All commerce has to be done on paper. Its called an invoice, its called a bill of lading. Theres all kinds of terms and names, an application for this, that and the other thing, applications for loans, all kinds of things. These are all commercial functions and when you get involved in those commercial functions you put yourself right on the line of proving their presumption that you are receiving benefits, privileges and opportunities from the government or one of its functions such as the banking system, the medical system, the school system, the court system. Any time you involve yourself in those functions with your name involved you have proven to them that you are an agent. You really have to learn how to avoid those kinds of activities. [Robin] So thats why that judge said, youre here?

[Howard] Thats exactly what he meant and he got me because I didnt know any Im talking about something that happened twenty-five, thirty years agotwenty-five, anyway, years ago. I did not know enough to realize what he meant when he said, youre here, arent you? [caller] Why couldnt it be subject to each individual business relation subject to its own decree or its own [Howard] That would not be beneficial to the State. Youre not understanding what Ive been explaining, are you? The State makes itself the superior, the principal, and you are liable to the principal because you live hereyoure here. [caller] define here.

[Howard] Well, here means youre receiving the benefits, privileges and opportunities of government. Youre using our roads, arent you? [caller] Presumed facts not that have not been put into evidence?

[Howard] Well, thats exactly what theyre doing. Theyre presuming facts that are not really in evidencegood point, thank you, sir. But you have to rebut these presumptions and the way to do this in evidence is with an affidavit and thats what this affidavit that weve been putting together of relinquishment of the agency is all about. It rebuts their presumption that youre a resident agent. Now, I said that only two people, right now, are testing this thing. One of them has used it in relationship to an IRS case. The other one has used it in relationship to a property land case. Were testing it to see just exactly what kind of benefit or result were going to get and both of these people know enough to explain it if there is any question. This is why its not being circulated yet because we need to be able to put an explanation down so that you can learn how to explain it and Im having difficulty writing that explanation up. Its taking me time and a lot of research. But these two people, they know how. And this thing is going to come to a head. As a matter of fact the one with the IRS case thats getting to be like two or three weeks old, isnt it? And weve heard nothing back from the IRS as a rebuttal to what weve said or doneno comment whatsoever back from the IRS about it. Ive got a feeling that the IRS is not going to respond. The first two that have filed this and followed it through with the Secretary of State filing the way the law requires that it be done in order to make it official have not only sent it to the Secretary of State in both the state and the federal Secretary of States office which, by the way, is Mrs. Clinton but theyve also sent a copy to the President of the United States at the White House and a copy to the governor of the state here in Delaware because both of them are located in the territory known as Delaware. Theyre not in the State of Delaware, theyre in the territory known as Delaware and theyve let the governor know that they no longer wish to participate in the benefits and privileges and opportunities of the State. Weve not received any rebuttal of any kind from anywhere, the Governor, the President, the Secretary of State of the state or the Secretary of the State of the United States that you cant do thisno rebuttal of any kind.

[caller] an agent then what about the fact that you wouldnt be able to receive processisity[?]. [Howard] Youre absolutely correct, son, and it seems to me we went over this with you last week and wasted a hell of a lot of time trying to get it through your thick head that if you want the benefits then stay there. If you dont want the liabilities then stop doing business with them. We spent an awful lot of time trying to get that through to you. You seem to be a very intelligent young man. You speak very well and yet you seem to be very thick headed. I dont mean to degrade you because Im telling you Ive listened to you talk. Youre very intelligent, why are you so thick? Why cant you get it through your head, you cant have their benefits and receive them and enjoy them and then think you dont owe them a liability in return. It just doesnt work that way. [caller] What do they consider a liability? Is that the collection of your information?

[Howard] Anything and everything. Let me go back and read this over again. Principal and agent: The agents efforts must be for the principals benefits. Do you understand that? No matter what you do it must be for the good of the State if youre an agent. [caller] What if you can prove that while doing business its.taxes or taxes are being paid and that you can prove that that is a benefit or would beif there ever was that ever provided some benefit to society in such a way so as to provide what you just declared before, a benefit to society. So what is that, isnt that possible? [Howard] Every corporation, every limited liability company, every trust organization that Ive ever had anything to do with has always paid its taxes. Did I clarify what you just said? I dont pay any taxes. I dont owe any taxes. I dont receive any benefits. My name is not in any of those corporations as an officer of the corporation. Im not getting the benefit. They dont pay meIm a volunteer so Im not an employee. I dont come under their laws. Do you understand me? I dont owe them any tax. I created fictions. Now, you started while I was still talking. What did you say? [caller] Well, you did not be a, youre a volunteer

[Howard] Well, no, what I started to say was I created fictions such as corporations and limited liability companies to deal in their fictitious corporate world but I didnt put my name in there as being a party to any of those fictions. So, no liability passes to me because Im not receiving any benefits. Now, if youre receiving a benefitI dont know who you are and I dont knowyou havent called me yet to get into a personal discussion about thisso I dont know who you are, I dont know what youre doing, but if you got a government job and youre a school teacher or something and you think you can avoid the tax youre wrong. You cant avoid the liability of having health care insurance if youre a party to government. Youre going to have to sign up for this and let them put the implant in you. Either that, or youre going to have to quit working for government.

[caller] What I was trying to get at was I believe in peoples rights and what not and I know about certain things and [Howard] People dont have any rights.

[caller] Like according to like the I know because of the.and RFID is given out by the State, I was just referring to the case that I was saying. {Hes too hard to transcribe with all his changes of subject in mid sentence and his ratty telephoneI dont see how Howard can follow him Ill pick the thread up later on} [Howard] That makes you an agent, doesnt it? And that puts you under the law of principal and agent so its the same story, isnt it? Now, do you want to join the army? I personally wouldnt. I did once in my life. [caller] You have to serve against all enemies, foreign and domestic, without any mental reservation. That means you are their property. [Howard] Thats right. I got orders in Ft. Hood, Texas back in 1960 to leave Ft. Hood and go to Ft. Dix, New Jersey and to prepare to go to Cuba and the Cuban conflict and I was ready to go. Im going down there and beat the hell out of these Cubans. These people got to be wrong. The United States is always good. We do right, were nice people, were good people. Im going to do whatever I got to do. Im going to stand behind my government and Im going down there and attack Cuba. Well, all of a sudden Cuba did away with the little missile site that they had and the whole Cuban conflict fell apart and my orders came back to return to Ft. Hoodwe cancelled this war, were not going to do it. But I was gung ho. I was going to go fight the Cubans, whatever the hell we had to do. I was a young kid. I dont know what I was, seventeen, eighteen years oldstupid, real stupid. Years later in my own research I came upon some information that was actually upgraded to top secret but when they upgrade stuff to top secret they only put the file on top secret of what the result was. They never put the stuff that leads up to it. So the old information is still lying around that leads to it and I found something called the Northwoods Project. Now, this goes back into the 1960s. The Northwood Project was a concept put together by the United States government that they were going to crush this Cuban government and take over Cuba and the way they were going to do this was they were going to arrange a couple of Americans in Florida and blame it on the Cubans in order to get popular opinion among the people to go after the Cuban people. [caller] Well, we were real stupid, werent we?

[Howard] Yeah, I sure was and thats when I realized that, man, was I being bluffed way back there in the 1960s. I was a young dumb kid and I listened to the rhetoric that they gave me and they told me that this what we got to do. We got to go to Cuba. We got to wipe them out and I was going to go down there and do that. Its a good thing the whole thing fell apart because after I learned what I learned about what the purpose of this whole thing was, was to control Cuba and make it part of the United States. Bring it in like they brought Puerto Rico into the United States. That was another scam that they pulled on a

group of people and they managed to take over Puerto Rico. Later on they took over Alaska the same way. Later on they took over Hawaii the same way. Theyve taken over the American Samoa islands. They did the same kinds of things. They bluffed them, they moved in with force and if they backed down there was no war. Well, Puerto Rico didnt back down. If you look, right now, theres some information on the internet about activity thats going on in Congress. Congress has passed a resolution which is not binding, by the way. It even says it right in the resolution that its not binding that Congress is accepting Puerto Rico as a new state of the United States. Well, if its not binding why the hell bother? But if they force the issue with a new government under the concept of it being a state and the people dont object it will go through. It will be a done deal. Right now, its only a territory, its not a state but they want to make it a state and if the people dont object itll be a done deal. Remember what Ive taught you about the Tenth Amendment. The Tenth Amendment says, basically, that anything that is within the power under the Constitution of the United States government is not rebuttableit cant be stood up against. But anything that is not within the power of the Constitution for the federal government to do that the state doesnt like that the state legislature can reject whatever the federal government wants to do and the people if the state legislature doesnt reject it the people have the last word and they can reject it. [caller] Because the people put the representatives into office

[Howard] But we dont have to pay attention to the representatives. If we decide we dont like what they did then we can reject it. And the people in Puerto Rico can reject this if they want to if theyre not hornswaggled by rhetoric and bull crap that is spread around down there. [caller] Well, maybe I got to take a trip

[Howard] Well, believe it or not you dont have to take a trip. Theres a couple of people on the line, tonight, from Puerto Rico. I know who they aretheyre always on this line, theyre always listening. They will help spread the word down there in Puerto Rico that this is not a binding resolution, that it cannot be enforced unless the people allow it to happenits up to the people. Theyll spread it around. [caller] correctly. Under Roosevelt Cuba became part of the United States if I remember

[Howard] Everything thats happened in this country that is absolutely wrong that is the problems that is causing the American people to get upset today has happened because the American people didnt get upset timely when it happened and have allowed it to happen. We have the last word. The people always have the last word but they dont speak up. [caller] timely.

[Howard] This is all written in the Bible to happen just the way its going down right now. Now, it takes a good bit of study. I cant tell you one particular place to go read and another particular place to go read because its scattered throughout the Bible but I could tell you one area that will help you to understand and thats the Book of Isaiah. Of course, all of you wonderful Christians dont think that the Old Testament means anything because were living with Grace and I keep telling people that I hope to hell my wife, Donna, never finds out Im living with Grace because itll really make my life miserable around my home. [caller] fulfill it. Well, according to scripture Jesus said, I did not come tothe law but to

[Howard] Well, go read the Book of Isaiah. Thats a big long book but it tells you an awful lot about the things that are going on right now in this world. And a lot of it is the things that I talk about, the registration of our property is the taking away of our property its talked about in the Book of Isaiah that in the last days Babylon will hold all of our property in their control. Well, were living in Babylon. They hold all of our property in their control. Weve registered it, weve given it to government so that they can control it. Weve done exactly what the Scripture says is going to happen. We are stupid people and we dont even know were stupid. We think were very smartwe got an edu-ma-kation. Most of us cant even spell edu-ma-kation properly as we finish getting an edu-ma-kation. But we have an edu-ma-kation, were very smart.
