Basis of Production Planning is done through a management system eDCM. eDCM stands for Electronic Demand Chain Management. DCM is the management of downstream and upstream relationships between customers and suppliers to deliver the best value to the customer at a minimum cost to the whole demand chain. It uses a software tool that bridges the gap between the Customer relationship Management and the Supply Chain Management. 7. Material Purchase Use of A,B,C categorization of bought out material Criteria for quantity to be ordered: Tentative production plan on monthly basis. 8.
