SPECIMEN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT- GROUP RECRUITMENT

(for employment in the UAE) (Read Sub-Section 3 of Section 22 of Indian Emigration Act, 1983)

Period of contract: This contract is a limited contract for a period ofyears effective from the date of joining / will be an unlimitedcontract. Work schedule: The work schedule is 8 hours per day and 6 days per week (Saturday through Thursday) Probationary Period: for a period of months Salary, Allowances and Payment:The employees upon selection and joiningthe work shall be paid the monthly Salary on the first day of the succeedingmonth, through the UAE system of Wage Protection System. Annual Leave: The employee shall have ..days as earned leave whichcould be utilized by the employee after completing of a minimum of one year ofservice. Air passage entitlement:The Company shall provide the employee with freeeconomy/excursion class air tickets from his home town to UAE to join the dutyand on completion of service when returning home. The company will / will notprovide Air Tickets while availing the Annual leave. Insurance:The employee shall be covered with a suitable Insurance coverduring his stay in UAE. The Insurance should cover medical, accidental and life. The premium shall be borne by the employer and the policy shall be taken forthe entire period of contract within one month of joining the company.

Termination of Contract of Service:In case either the employer or theemployee intends to terminate the contract, any time after one year either partyshall give the other a written notice of one month in accordance with companysregulations and provisions of UAEs Labour Law. During the period of probation, if the worker is not found suitable for the job and his service is discontinued, he would be entitled to contracted salary per month in addition to food and accommodation till the date he departs from UAE. For the skilled workers, the agreed salary/wages will be paid and will be entitled to food and accommodation even during the training period. End of service benefits:The Company will provide the end of service benefitsto the employee as per the existing provisions of the UAE Labor Law. Fullsettlement should be effected before the employee leaves the company and incase of unfortunate accident at work spot or death, within one week from thedate of occurrence or release from the company. In the case of employeesuffering significant incapacitation or in the unfortunate event of death, theentire cost of sending the injured or the mortal remains of the deceased shall beborne by the Company. Settlement of disputes: All the grievances of the employee filed within the organization or with the Indian Mission or the Ministry of Labor, UAE will beattended to in all the seriousness. Earnest efforts will be taken to resolve thedisputes in whichever forum as soon as possible. Any Other Matter:As far as matters not mentioned above, Company willadhere to the provisions of the UAE Federal Law 8 for settling disputes andcompensations. Signed thisday of 201...at.
