The employees had to choose any one of them in each question to express their satisfaction level. If the employee is very much satisfied about the parameter asked, he/she can choose the option Highly Satisfied or Satisfied. If the employee is very much dissatisfied about the parameter asked, he/she can choose the option Highly Dissatisfied or Dissatisfied. If the employee is neither Satisfied nor Dissatisfied, he/she has the option of choosing Neutral.

For question No. of year working in current organization: 1= Less than 1 year, 2= 1 to 5 years, 3= 6-10 years, 4= 11-15 years, 5= 16-20 years and 6= More than 20 years.
For question No. of year in service: 1= Less than 1 year, 2= 1 to 5 years, 3= 6-10 years, 4= 11-15 years, 5= 16-20 years and 6= More than 20 years.
