The following of reflection in the Islam and Secularism, book chapter three, the title is Islam: the concept

of religion and the foundation of ethics and morality. In the first part of reflection is all about concept of din which is generally understood in term of religion. The author is describing the primary significant of the term din can reduce by fore: (1) Indebtedness. (2) Submissiveness. (3) Judicious power and (4) Natural inclination or tendency. In presently follows, the author elaborate the religious context that relevant on faith and beliefs by Muslims individually as a part of whole community. The primary significant has showing on relationship between man and God and what approve from God to men. The first concept is Indebtedness can explained on man is indebted to God, his creator and provided all everything in this world. Man has nothing that belongs to them. Man has to pay his debt by loyally and worship to oneness. Worship its can be on obeying Gods command and prohibition the wrong ways. This is one of significant for leaders that have great self confidence, yet they are very humble to their creator. The second is Submissiveness is can define by Worship is commonly taken to mean performing ritualistic acts such as prayers, fasting, charity, etc. worship is includes rituals as well as beliefs, social activities, and personal contributions to the welfare of one's fellow human beings.

Islam is the religion of the universe. The Quran says:

It means that submission to God is the only true religion for both man and the universe. All the things on the earth or in the space are following completely the command of God. The revolution of stars, flowing of water, growing of trees, in short, everything is following the same course, which was determined for him by God. Nothing is allowed to deviate from the

divine path. As well as with large organization, there's a hierarchy of management that keeps the whole operation running smoothly and the more importance key is manager. A good manager can motivate people, learn from previous mistakes, and gain respect from a team and do not behave within organization like corruption, cheating, fraud, and thief. Because of all activity that people do in this world; Allah is watching and getting back in hereafter. The third component is Judicious power refer to Allah is the one who Creator of life and death. He created everything for a purpose to serve Him. He has the supreme ability and authority to enslave to all people. The principle of equal opportunities postulate that all members of an organization shall have equal and fair chances to grow, contribute and be reward accordingly. The Holy Quran emphasis this golden rule: O people we created you from a single male a n d f e m a l e c o u p l e a n d t h e n d i v i d e d y o u i n n a t i o n s a n d tribes so that you may recognize one another. Verily the most honorable among you in the sight of Allah is he who is most righteous of you.[49:13]

The last tip is Natural inclination or tendency or fitrah in Arabic. fitrah is associated with the dn of Islam. Fitrah can view in term of shahadah there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. fitrah is engraved upon the human soul and mankind is born in a state in which tawhd. Since tawhd is intrinsic to mans fitrah, came to remind man and guide him original nature way that man should follow on. The hadith has state: that every child is born in this pure state of fitrah is also supported by the following meaning concerning the polytheists: Being with Ibrahim meant being in Paradise, and this includes children of polytheistic families. It is clear, from the Qurn and from the hadith, that every child is born with a pure nature, as a Muslim. Islam recognizes that all children, whether born of believing or unbelieving parents, go to Paradise if they die before attaining the age of discretion. The verb of Al-Attas provide example of idea through Muslims activity in world markets. The world market can include on business affairs that look for ways to reach out between Islam and

Fair Trade; by making fair trade opportunities relevant to the Muslim community. It encourage these opportunities with the Islamic belief system to facilitates the goal to helping humanity. When the business gain they should contribute in term of zakat, the purpose of zakat is to contribute the profit sharing to the poorer in the society. The rate of zakat is 2.5% on the portion of profits business or 1/40 of business profit in a whole year. This is one way of submission to God. Besides that, Al-Attas also explains on business individuals face problems with ethical issues and also individual justice toward in society; Islam requires that Muslims act in a way of justice at all times. All action have be done in this world will accumulate to the hereafter world.

The second point of reflection in principle of Islam ethics and morality in workplace. Islam is a comprehensive way of life and the morality is one of the cornerstones in Islam. Morality is one of the fundamental sources of a nations strength. Islam requires Muslims to be righteous, truthful, fulfill their promises, responsibility and brotherhood characteristic. Besides that, Allah has mention who is fulfill of their duty in right ways in the hereafter they will get the reward from that. By the word of Duty, it can divide by duty to Allah, duty to Other Human Beings, Community Duty, and Duty to Manage the Earth. However, author had explained on business ethic in the workplace is set of moral principles to distinguish from what is right from what is wrong. Business ethics can refer on management ethics or organizational ethics that limits its frame of reference in organizations. In Islamic context, the term most closely related to ethics in the Quran is khuluq. The Quran also uses a whole array of terms to describe the concept of goodness: khayr (goodness), birr (righteousness), qist (equity), adl (equilibrium and justice), haqq (truth and right), maruf (known and approved), and taqwa (piety). Pious actions are described as salihat and impious actions are described as sayyiat. All term of verb in above try to remind people to live in this life in peace. Based on this paragraph its elaborate on Principles of Islamic Work Ethics. Principles of Islamic Work Ethics focus on the relations between man and man with their Creator. Islam has outlined the guidelines to form successful cooperation between employer and workers and between co-workers at the workplace such as Working as a way of devoting to Allah SWT by

stressing on the concept of tawhid, Sincere, honest, noble and trustworthy and Working diligently and professionally and last Cooperative and collaborative work. According to above principle it can be concluded Islamic ethics is highly dependent on ones state of religious faith towards Allah SWT. An organization could directly benefit by having devout workers as they are balanced in all aspects. Hence, any effort to improve an organization should be made by instilling Islamic virtues that are based upon faith and devotion towards Allah. A devout worshipper will improve on performance and productivity among workers and employers. In management perspective, I will discuss on leadership in Islam. Leadership in Islam is a trust (amanah) it represents a psychological contract between a leader and the followers, as a leader have to have the best way to guide to their follower, to protect them and to treat them fairly and with justice. Hence, the focus of leadership in Islam is on doing well. Since leadership involves interpersonal influence, which includes of two concepts: authority and power. Power is the ability from manager toward to subordinate, it should be something done in the right way to encompasses both leadership and authority. Leadership is the ability to show the way and to guide, direct or influence the actions of others corporate management, leaders have to accomplish their objectives. Organizational cultures members are influenced by the leadership of an organization. Leaders are considered as role models and that their behavior is reflected on the culture and procedures of the organization. In Islamic management model, leaders have to surrender their authority to the instructions consecrated in al-Quran and Hadith. Authority is the power to command, give orders, and make decisions and exact obedience. In the proposed model, leaders agree to forgo such privileges to the instructions of al-Quran and Hadit. This surrender inculcates three important elements in corporate leadership; humility, responsibility and accountability. Leadership held accountable for his decisions and actions because he accepts the prerogative to lead, He has to deliver all the elements of his responsibility. Accountability conveys an image of trustworthiness. It is both an instrument and a goal. What started as an instrument to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency has gradually become a goal in itself. Accountability has become an icon for good leadership performance both in the public and private sectors. Islamic teachings categorically explain the concept of accountability in subsequent verses of al - Quran:

Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! And, anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. (al - Quran 99:7-8) Nor can a bearer of burdens bear another's burden. If one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load, not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other), even though he is closely related to it (al - Quran 35:18). Accountability, in this very broad sense, is basically used to positively influence a state of affairs or the performance of a leader. It comes close to responsiveness, a sense of responsibility and a willingness to act in a righteous and trustworthy manner. In Islamic value system, there is an explicit contract or pledge among all organizational members to operate fairly and with justice. Justice is an important element to keep individual and collective affairs straight. Justice is definitely a value and virtue in all religions and is upheld by all societies. Justice is the foundation stone of Islamic value system. It is inconceivable that Islamic pattern of management will not establish justice. Islam is absolutely unambiguous about eradicating all forms of injustices, inequity, exploitation, oppression and wrongdoings from the management process in particular and in the society in general, thus, a person can not deprive others of their rights and fulfills his obligations towards them. This is how Islamic management system inculcates the sense of satisfaction and protection among organizational members and ensures that they perform their duties with complete peace of mind. Justice also contributes in inculcating the sense of responsibility in every member of an organization to perform their duties with the best of their abilities. Thus, it leads to an enhanced performance of the organization.

The third point of reflection is principle of knowledge in Islamic worldview perspective Islam is the religion of knowledge because Allah has created the man for acquiring knowledge to serve in worship of him. The first ayah of the Quran to be revealed enjoined reading which the key to knowledge is. Allah (SWT) says:

Read! In the Name of your Lord Who has created (all that exists). He has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood). Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous. Who has taught (the writing) by the pen. He has taught man that which he knew not [al-Alaq 96:1-5] Knowledgeable is one component that related on Good Manager. First point is Manager acquired knowledge for doing the specific task such as setting objective, work organization, setting target and identify training. The second point is as manager, they need to develop the knowledge and skill for each individual in the team. Knowledge as we understand it can divide on two positions: that is given by God to man and acquired by man; means of his own effort of rational enquiry based upon experience and observation. Knowledge acquired people to act in worship and devotion of God (ibadat) which depending upon God. Man receives the knowledge direct insight or spiritual savouring (dhawq). Knowledge of God is become necessary (arkan al-Islam and arkan al-iman), the purpose is to be the correction understanding and implementation in everyday and practice.; every Muslims must understand the basic essential of Islam and the Unity of God (Tawhid) and practice knowledge (al-ilm) indeed toward on straight part (sirat al-mustaqim) leading to God. In the Islamic knowledge and management theory define the relationship between man and Allah. Allah has appointed man (Khalifah) on the earth, meaning that man have to trustee of the earth to the owner, Allah. Humankind and do not wasting the resources that creates by him. Management is a work activity fulfill of effectively and efficiently. By efficiently mean the proper use of resource and less wastage of them, In general, people have the duty to see that the resources of the earth to not abuse that kind of resource such as air and water are not polluted, animals are not killed for fun or for greedy people, and trees are not cut down unnecessarily and so on. Use resources of the earth but do not abuse them.
F o r t h e w a s t e f u l a r e t h e b r o t h e r s o f S a t a n ; a n d Satan is ungrateful to his Lord. [17:26] Islam has given Muslims the golden rule of not wasting a n y t h i n g . A M u s l i m m u s t a l s o s t r i v e t o eliminate any wastage around him, at home, workplace, or in society even when faced with resistance. [17:27]

Islamic and management can derive the word manage which mean to handle or direct with a degree of skill. Therefore, management can be defined as an act or art of management to conducting of something. This act of management is prerequisite in human life to achieve higher standard of living, man should know how to manage themselves whether he/she is a leader of a company. The significant of management is to develop the earth so that can be change to the betterment and improve in excellence ways, which is to: a) Dramatically reduce costs: Apply the right combination of knowledge and systems so that you produce knowledge based environment need, this strategic can be reduce the cost of training. b) Provide potential to expand and grow: Provide a strong learning environment for the knowledge of worker who lack. Allow everyone to learn through experiences with customers, competition, etc. c) Increase our value and/or profitability d) Improve our products and services e) Respond faster: Constantly monitor and respond to the marketplace through an empowered workforce within a decentralized structure. f) Anticipate: Become pro-active by anticipating events and issues based on this new decentralized knowledge based system. One significant for manager to getting knowledge is to be motivation and commitment to subordinate. Making people what they are supposed to do, requires a certain degree of commitment which can achieve through motivation. It is an established face that the way manager behaves or deals with the subordinates. Motivators are those things that allow for psychological growth and development on the job. They are closely related to the concept of self-actualization, involving a challenge, an opportunity to extend oneself to the fullest, to taste the pleasure of accomplishment, and to be recognized as having done something worthwhile. According to the drive theory of motivation, people are motivated to take certain actions in order to reduce the internal tension that is caused by unmet needs. This is what leader should concern on, to get the effectively and efficiency outcome to organization.

Knowledge is the part of trust and certainty of a higher order than pertains to the soul or self of man to fulfillment of the covenant made by God. Islam distinguishes the quest for two kind of knowledge. First is (fard ayn), the knowledge that perquisites of the obligation to all Muslim and second is (Fardkifayah), the other obligation some Muslims to responsible only. Knowledge brings potential and ability to improve performance and reputation, while practices translate them into action for desired outcomes. Following components of Islamic value system encompass knowledge and practices established by al - Quran and Hadith for organizational management.

From all what is mentioned above, we know that we were all created on the Fitrah or Sunnah of Allah (which is the Dn of Islm), and that He gave us an infinite number of Niam to use for Imr Al-Ard as His Khalfah. Islam does not only tell us about worshipping one God and offering prayers but it tells each and everything related to life. It teaches us how to live, how to act and how to behave to fulfill the achievement in this world. In short it tells each and everything related to humans life thats why it is called as Deen for whole humanity. Knowing that our Nafs tends to be absentminded that influenced by Shaytan, He (swt) warned us from following what Allah has ask and avoid what Allah has prohibited because the ending up of life are Jahannam, and Jannah. ALLAH sent Quran and prophet explained it with his sayings (Ahadees). The Holy Quran, the most comprehensive divine book of the world has the solution to every problem. Its a vast source of knowledge. It tells us about history, Geography, Astronomy, Biology, and Management etc. There is almost every kind of knowledge in it. Finally, end up the reflecting by emphasizing of knowledge, everyone have to seek knowledge for worship to God. Clearly stated in the Qurn, in yah 28 of Srah Ftir
Those who have the fear of Allah from among His slaves are only those who have knowledge
