poverty. ln a recent conference in California, Gates reveals a less public agenda of is pilantropypopulation reduction,
oterwise known as eugenics.
Gates made is remarks to te invitation-only Long Beac, California TED20l0 Conference, in a speec titled, "lnnovating to
Zero!." Along wit te scientifically absurd proposition of reducing manmade CO2 emissions worldwide to zero by 2050,
approximately four and a alf minutes into te talk, Gates declares, "First we got population. Te world today as 6.8 billion
people. Tat's eaded up to about 9 billion. Now if we do a really great job on new vaccines, ealt care, reproductive ealt
services, we lower tat by peraps l0 or l5 percent." (autor's empasis).
ln plain Englis, one of te most powerful men in te world states clearly tat e expects vaccines to be used to reduce
population growt. Wen Bill Gates speaks about vaccines, e speaks wit autority. ln January 20l0 at te elite Davos
World Economic Forum, Gates announced is foundation would give $l0 billion (circa 67.5 billion) over te next decade to
develop and deliver new vaccines to cildren in te developing world.
Te primary focus of is multi-billion dollar Gates Foundation is vaccinations, especially in Africa and oter underdeveloped
countries. Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a founding member of te GAVl Alliance (Global Alliance for Vaccinations
and lmmunization) in partnersip wit te World Bank, WHO and te vaccine industry. Te goal of GAVl is to vaccinate
every newborn cild in te developing world.
Now tat sounds like noble pilantropic work. Te problem is tat te vaccine industry as been repeatedly caugt dumping
dangerousmeaning unsafe because untested or proven armfulvaccines onto unwitting Tird World populations wen
tey cannot get rid of te vaccines in te West. Some organizations ave suggested tat te true aim of te vaccinations is
to make people sicker and even more susceptible to disease and premature deat.

contain someting called Timerosal (Tiomersol in te EU), a compound (sodium etylmercuritiosalicylate), containing

ln July l999 te US' National Vaccine lnformation Center declared in a press release tat, "Te cumulative effects of
ingesting mercury can cause brain damage." Te same mont, te American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and te Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) alerted te public about te possible ealt effects associated wit timerosal-
containing vaccines. Tey strongly recommended tat timerosal be removed from vaccines as soon as possible. Under te
directive of te FDA Modernization Act of l997, te Food and Drug Administration also determined tat infants wo received
several timerosal-containing vaccines may be receiving mercury exposure over and above te recommended federal
guidelines.
A new form of eugenics?
Gates' interest in inducing population reduction among black and oter minority populations is not new unfortunately. As l
document in my book, Seeds of Destruction, since te l920's te Rockefeller Foundation ad funded te eugenics researc
in Germany troug te Kaiser-Wilelm lnstitutes in Berlin and Munic, including well into te Tird Reic. Tey praised te
forced sterilization of people by Hirtler Germany, and te Nazi ideas on race "purity." lt was Jon D. Rockefeller lll, a life-
long advocate of eugenics, wo used is "tax free" foundation money to initiate te population reduction neo-Maltusian
movement troug is private Population Council in New York beginning in te l950's.
Te idea of using vaccines to covertly reduce birts in te Tird World is also not new. Bill Gates' good friend, David
Rockefeller and is Rockefeller Foundation were involved as early as l972 in a major project togeter wit WHO and oters
to perfect anoter "new vaccine."
Te results of te WHO-Rockefeller project were put into mass application on uman guinea pigs in te early l990's. Te
WHO oversaw massive vaccination campaigns against tetanus in Nicaragua, Mexico and te Pilippines. Comite Pro Vida
de Mexico, a Roman Catolic lay organization, became suspicious of te motives beind te WHO program and decided to
test numerous vials of te vaccine and found tem to contain uman Corionic Gonadotropin, or CG. Tat was a curious
component for a vaccine designed to protect people against lock-jaw arising from infection wit rusty nail wounds or oter
contact wit certain bacteria found in soil. Te tetanus disease was indeed, also rater rare. lt was also curious because
CG was a natural ormone needed to maintain a pregnancy. However, wen combined wit a tetanus toxoid carrier, it
stimulated formation of antibodies against CG, rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy, a form of
concealed abortion. Similar reports of vaccines laced wit CG ormones came from te Pilippines and Nicaragua.
Gates' 'Gene Revolution in Africa'
Te Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, along wit David Rockefeller's Rockefeller Foundation, te creators of te GMO
biotecnology, are also financing a project called Te Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) eaded by former UN
cief, Kofi Annan. Accepting te role as AGRA ead in June 2007 Annan expressed is "gratitude to te Rockefeller
Foundation, te Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and all oters wo support our African campaign." Te AGRA board is
dominated by people from bot te Gates' and Rockefeller foundations.
Monsanto, DuPont, Dow, Syngenta and oter major GMO agribusiness giants are reported at te eart of AGRA, using it as
a back-door to spread teir patented GMO seeds across Africa under te deceptive label, 'bio-tecnology,' a eupemism for
genetically engineered patented seeds. Te person from te Gates Foundation responsible for its work wit AGRA is Dr.
Robert Horsc, a 25-year Monsanto GMO veteran wo was on te team tat developed Monsanto's RoundUp Ready GMO
tecnologies. His job is reportedly to use Gates' money to introduce GMO into Africa.
To date Sout Africa is te only African country permitting legal planting of GMO crops. ln 2003 Burkina Faso autorized
GMO trials. ln 2005 Kofi Annan's Gana drafted bio-safety legislation and key officials expressed teir intentions to pursue
researc into GMO crops. AGRA is being used to create networks of "agro-dealers" across Africa, at first wit no mention of
GMO seeds or erbicides, in order to ave te infrastructure in place to massively introduce GMO.

GMO, glyposate and population reduction
GMO crops ave never been proven safe for uman or animal consumption. Moreover, tey are inerently genetically
'unstable' as tey are an unnatural product of introducing a foreign bacteria suc as Bacillus Turingiensis (Bt) or oter
material into te DNA of a given seed to cange its traits. Peraps equally dangerous are te 'paired' cemical erbicides
sold as a mandatory part of a GMO contract, suc as Monsanto's Roundup, te most widely used suc erbicide in te
world. lt contains igly toxic glyposate compounds tat ave been independently tested and proven to exist in toxic
concentrations in GMO applications far above tat safe for umans or animals. Tests sow tat tiny amounts of glyposate
compounds would do damage to a uman umbilical, embryonic and placental cells in a pregnant woman drinking te ground
water near a GMO field.
One long-standing project of te US Government as been to perfect a genetically-modified variety of corn, te diet staple in
Mexico and many oter Latin American countries. Te corn as been field tested in tests financed by te US Department of
Agriculture along wit a small California bio-tec company named Epicyte. Announcing is success at a 200l press
conference, te president of Epicyte, Mitc Hein, pointing to is GMO corn plants, announced, "We ave a otouse filled
wit corn plants tat make anti-sperm antibodies."
Hein explained tat tey ad taken antibodies from women wit a rare condition known as immune infertility, isolated te
genes tat regulated te manufacture of tose infertility antibodies, and, using genetic engineering tecniques, ad inserted
te genes into ordinary corn seeds used to produce corn plants. ln tis manner, in reality tey produced a concealed
contraceptive embedded in corn meant for uman consumption. "Essentially, te antibodies are attracted to surface
receptors on te sperm," said Hein. "Tey latc on and make eac sperm so eavy it cannot move forward. lt just sakes
about as if it was doing te lambada." Hein claimed it was a possible solution to world "over-population." Te moral and
etical issues of feeding it to umans in Tird World poor countries witout teir knowing it countries e left out of is
remarks.
Spermicides idden in GMO corn provided to starving Tird World populations troug te generosity of te Gates'
foundation, Rockefeller Foundation and Kofi Annan's AGRA or vaccines tat contain undisclosed sterilization agents are just
two documented cases of using vaccines or GMO seeds to "reduce population."

City's etnic media, lris.Central.com in May 2009. According to te report, a secret meeting took place on May 5, 2009 at
te ome of Sir Paul Nurse, President of Rockefeller University, among some of te wealtiest people in America.
lnvestment guru Warren Buffett wo in 2006 decided to pool is $30 billion Buffett Foundation into te Gates foundation to
create te world's largest private foundation wit some $60 billions of tax-free dollars was present. Banker David Rockefeller
was te ost.
Te exclusive letter of invitation was signed by Gates, Rockefeller and Buffett. Tey decided to call temselves te "Good
Club." Also present was media czar Ted Turner, billionaire founder of CNN wo stated in a l996 interview for te Audubon
nature magazine, were e said tat a 95% reduction of world population to between 225-300 million would be "ideal." ln a
2008 interview at Piladelpia's Temple University, Turner fine-tuned te number to 2 billion, a cut of more tan 70% from
today's population. Even less elegantly tan Gates, Turner stated, "we ave too many people. Tat's wy we ave global
warming. We need less people using less stuff (sic)."
Oters attending tis first meeting of te Good Club reportedly were: Eli Broad real estate billionaire, New York's billionaire
Mayor Micael Bloomberg and Wall Street billionaire and Council on Foreign Relations former ead, Peter G. Peterson.
ln addition, Julian H. Robertson, Jr., edge-fund billionaire wo worked wit Soros attacking te currencies of Tailand,
lndonesia, Sout Korea and te Asian Tigen economies, precipitating te l997-98 Asia Crisis. Also present at te first
session of te Good Club was Patty Stonesifer, former cief executive of te Gates foundation, and Jon Morgridge of
Cisco Systems. Te group represented a combined fortune of more tan $l25 billion.
According to reports apparently leaked by one of te attendees, te meeting was eld in response to te global economic
downturn and te numerous ealt and environmental crises tat are plaguing te globe.
But te central teme and purpose of te secret Good Club meeting of te plutocrats was te priority concern posed by Bill
Gates, namely, ow to advance more effectively teir agenda of birt control and global population reduction. ln te talks a
consensus reportedly emerged tat tey would "back a strategy in wic population growt would be tackled as a potentially
disastrous environmental, social and industrial treat."

Gates and Buffett are major funders of global population reduction programs, as is Turner, wose UN Foundation was

ealt conditions of te Continent.
Gates' TED20l0 comments about aving new vaccines to reduce global population were obviously no off-te-cuff remark.
