Features and Advantages

Manufactured from virgin high performing special grade raw material PE-80 & PE-100. State-of-the art machinery producing high quality pipes. With Phase-I and Phase-II approval. Minimum required strength (MRS) of 8 MPa & 10 MPa. Suitable for working pressure up to 7.0 bar. Wide range starting from 20mm to 355mm OD. 50, 100 and 150m coils up to size 110mm. 6m length on all sizes above 110mm. Specification conforming to IS-14885 & ISO 4437 - SDR17.6, 13.6, 11 & 9.

High resistance to chemical reaction. Light weight and flexible. Easy handling and jointing leading to reduced cost. Easy repair in the event of damage. No outer painting required. Very low maintenance cost. Very low friction. Outstanding ability to withstand Rapid Crack propagation (RCP). High resistance to Crack Growth. Very high abrasion resistances.

The simplest form of electro-fusion jointing available. Robust construction and fully waterproof. The controller can be supplied with dual output voltage capabilities - 39.5 V and 24V. Simple step-by-step prompts lead the operator through the jointing process, ensuring that the operator follows the correct installation procedure. A Specially designed Soft start feature reduces shock loading on the generator. LCD display. Over 500 joints record can be stored. Full data retrieval system in-built which allows for complete joint histories to be recorded and retrieved. AM-85 Control Box is the latest EF fully automated welding machine from the House of Fusion, UK. One universal lead for either automatic or manual fittings Colour Coded lead ends indentifies mode of operation.

Foolproof - All pipe jointing parameters and welding profiles are preprogrammed. - Operator follows on-screen step-by-step instructions. - The machine will not allow the operator to by-pass operations or perform them incorrectly.

Secure - The supervisor or engineer can select the pipe joining programme and lock this in. This prevents the operator welding with incorrect parameters. - The software can be programmed, so that on machine start-up, it identifies the site name and location.

Butt Fusion jointing is a method of joining PE pipes using thermal fusion. This technique permits the quick assembly of long continuous joints in a faster and economical way without the use of modified pipe end or couplers. The fused joints are reliable and as strong as the pipe itself thus providing total leak proof system. We also provide experience and skilled satff to conduct and supervise the jointing operations.
