This section will provide you with a basic overview of Celebrity Cruises, her fleet, services, destinations, and some tools available to help you grow your business. When you have successfully completed all courses in this level, you will gain status as a Celebrity 1 Star Agent. At completion, you will receive a certificate recognizing these accomplishments. In order to gain credentials as a Celebrity 1 Star Agent, you will need to complete the following courses and their quizzes with a score of 80% or above. Introduction to Celebrity Cruises and Cruising The Celebrity Fleet The Celebrity Treatment Onboard Experience Destinations At Your Service After completing Level 1, you will have added knowledge in selling cruises as well as a well-rounded background on Celebrity Cruises. You will receive a Celebrity 1 Star Agent certificate to display in recognition of accomplishments.

4 STAR
Cruising is a wonderful way to see the world. Some ports and destinations offer more highlights than our customers have the time to see. A Celebrity Cruisetour can transform these vacation dreams into reality. After completing this section, you will understand how adding a land-based Cruisetour can help you transform your customers trip into an immersive life-time experience, while adding to your sales. After completing this module, you will have insight into the many Cruisetour adventures that Celebrity has to offer, how these add-ons can make take the worry out of vacation planning and enhance a vacations value. After successfully completing this sections courses and quizzes with a score of 80% or above, you will receive a Celebrity 4 Star Agent Certificate in recognition of your accomplishments.

5 STAR
You have learned all about Celebritys fleet, accommodations, cuisine, destinations, and Cruisetours. Now you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of the wonderful tools that Celebrity has to assist you in building customer loyalty and growing your business. Here you will learn about Cruisingpower, Cruisematch, e-Connect, and more. When you have completed this level, its courses and quizzes, your customers will recognize you for the depth of your knowledge regarding cruising and Celebrity Cruises. Celebrity Cruises will recognize you as a Celebrity 5 Star Agent. In recognition for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a Celebrity 5 Star Agent Certificate, a coupon booklet filled with tools to help you grow your business and your commissions, some CLIA points, and the opportunity to win one of twenty five Celebrity Cruises.

2 STAR
In this section, you will learn all about Celebritys stateroom accommodations, dining venues and options, our spa and wellness programs, onboard life and Celebritys white glove service. To gain credentials as a 2 Star Agent, you will need to complete all courses and score of 80% or better on quizzes within this level. After completing this level, you will have gained incredible insight into the accommodations and onboard life that your guests will experience while on a Celebrity Cruise. You will receive a Celebrity 2 Star Agent certificate to display in recognition of your accomplishments.

3 STAR
At this point, you have a high level understanding of Celebrity Cruises, with in-depth knowledge regarding Celebritys accommodations and onboard amenities. In this level, you will learn about Celebritys many itineraries. You will also learn about some of the incredible sights to be seen in a number of the ports we visit. As your customers primary resource for destination information, this section will provide you with details that will assist you and your customer in making the right cruising choices. When you complete this module and its quizzes with a score of 80% or above, you will receive a certificate of recognition as a Celebrity 3 Star Agent.

Two group programs have been created to provide flexibility based upon the marketing strategy. Effective August 9, 2010

16 Staterooms or less group program

Maximum group block of 50 staterooms on most sailings $50 USD per stateroom deposit due within 30 days of creating group

Celebrity Cruises is introducing a new way for guests to purchase their air transportation to and from their cruise with flexibility and peace of mind ChoiceAir.
Listed here are some of the benefits for your guests
Allows guests to purchase their air transportation to and from their cruise with flexibility Guests will be able to choose their preferred airline, specific itineraries, seat assignments and shop for the best prices among nearly all published fares. ChoiceAir will allow guests to add frequent flyer numbers, place airline special assistance requests and purchase ground transfers at the time of booking. On day of travel our fully staffed ChoiceAir support desk will be on hand to assist guests with flight changes or delays. Our professional staff off agents will work with the airline to determine the best point to downline the guest in order to catch the ship without charging additional fees beyond those charged by the airline. Guests will be able to book a maximum of eight traveling companions from up to four different cruise bookings in the same ChoiceAir itinerary. Guests also can use different credit cards to pay for each booked guest. ChoiceAir is available to residents in the U.S. and Canada at a service charge of only $15 per person for domestic and $25 for international airline tickets. The Celebrity X-Club Youth Program

Youth Programs
Theres so much for your children and Teens to do in the Celebrity Youth & Teen Programs which feature Fun Factory for ages 3-11 and Teen Entertainment for ages 12-17. Each program keeps them engaged and having a great time in an environment designed just for them. A Welcome Aboard Information package and Open House Orientation will fill you in on all the details of the Fun Factory and Teen Entertainment programs. They can explore all the possibilities and you can get answers to any questions you may have. You can also go ahead and get them registered for the activities that excite them. From teen-oriented entertainment to special opportunities for toddlers and their parents to interact with each other, the Fun Factory and Teen Entertainment programs are designed to make sure your children enjoy their Celebrity experience as much as you do. You can even join your children for Family Events like Karaoke, Family Disco, Bingo and more. Programs are available year round From 9 a.m. each morning, or half an hour before arriving in each port. Our five-tiered program includes: Toddler Time (under 3 years old) Ship Mates (ages 3-5) Celebrity Cadets (ages 6-8) Ensigns (ages 9-11) Admiral Ts (ages 12-17) *Program age groups may vary slightly in low season based on the number of children on board

Toddler Time

Children participating in organized Fun Factory events must be age 3 and fully potty trained. However you can accompany your child to the Fun Factory or any organized activity. Toddler Time is also offered to allow the parents of toddlers and their children to interact with other children their age. The Youth Staff (X-Club) team will provide suitable toys and products for your toddlers. Please check the Fun Factory (X-Club) daily program for times and locations. In accordance with USPH policies and standards, Celebrity has provided each vessel with lavatory based changing tables and baby wipes.

Fun Factory

This is where the magic happens and the fun starts. A place exclusively for our junior cruisers. Open from 9:00 am until 10:00pm each and every night, entertaining every child and teen onboard the vessel with crafts, games, toys, arcade games, music, karaoke, and much much more Come step inside on the first day of the cruise for our Open House, where families can get all the information they need about the Fun Factory Programs and we plan each junior cruisers fun-filled vacation.

Teen Entertainment

For our young adults aged 12-17, Celebrity offers a supervised yet independent program featuring various social activities designed for ultimate fun. Please check the Teen daily for details.
