OGOC, and MARY ANN O. CANOY, all of legal ages, Filipino citizens, married, and residents of Liangan East, Bacolod, Lanao del Norte, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: 1. That we are the surviving heir of the spouses Ezequil Ogoc (deceased) and Rosita Ogoc who were the declared owner of that certain unregistered residential land situated at Liangan East, Bacolod, Lanao del Norte, declared under TD No. G-1100273, more particularly bounded as follows: North Iligan Bay, South -Barangay Road, East Moises Anches,West Alfredo Mainit; 2. That our father EZEQUIL OGOC was the claimant of this Cadastral lot more than half a century already, it was the place where they considered as their own, where they established their residence after their marriage, and as our family dwelling since birth; 3. That one of our brother OSEAS T. OGOC established a residential house on the northern portion of the abovestated lot where they established a dwelling for his family; 4. With this predicament, we hereby waive, or relinguish our rights or interest on that portion where our brother established his residential dwelling in order for him to acquire the area as his own; 5. That we are executing this affidavit to support his application for a Free Patent title with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and for all other legal intents and purposes devoid of malice whatsoever. MARIBAO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, a resident of Purok 4, Poblacion Bacolod, Lanao del Norte, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: 1. That I am the eldest child the spouses Metodio Maribao and Mildred Maata who were blessed with four legitimate children; 2. That I am twenty two(22) years old and in the whole part of my adulthood, I have never engage in an intimate relationship with a woman and I remain single up to this time; 3. That I am executing this affidavit to manifest the fact abovestated to support my documentary requirements for enlistment with the Philippine Army and for all other legal intents and purposes devoid of any malice whatsoever.
