PURPOSE:

Responsible for new business, and be responsible for the delivery of Facilities Management services in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Customers Key Performance Indicators.

PRIMARY GOAL:

Pro-actively participate to get new business through contacts, RFPs and relationship of TAYLORMADEs other service lines. In addition, he would be responsible for ensuring the continuity of existing business and maintaining existing Client relationships. With the support of Operations team, standardize delivery of Facilities Management services to clients in the Region.

KEY TASK, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

New Business Will endeavor towards achieving the new target budgeted for the region and maintain the ongoing business revenue. RFP and Non RFP Proposals Ownership Would own and be responsible for the RFP / Non - RFP process with the support of Operations team, viz, site visits, costing, team structure, Proposal preparations. Give support in proposal preparation for a Pan-India RFP process. Refusal to New Business - Will always prepare a GO-NO-GO for new business and seek management advice on way forward on the assignment and always justify on any recommendation for a business or refusal for it. Monthly Business Report Will be required to submit a Monthly Business Report in the first week of every month for the previous month in the prescribed format. This will include existing business, new business added, business in pipeline and their relevant management fees. Quarterly Business Report (QBR) Will be required to submit and Present a Quarterly Business Report clearly detailing Existing business revenue, new business with fees and Variance for that period. Will be required to list the efforts to overcome negative variance and meet the budgeted targets. Client Relationship Will maintain a Yearly Calendar for all existing Clients and keep the Operations team updated of Clients expectations on Service quality.

Support Senior Management shall provide all possible assistance to the Senior Management in the Company for business requirements. Market Analysis & Intelligence relevant for business conversions. Develop new client verticals (large townships/warehouses/resorts etc.) Synchronization with other services verticals for forging cross-selling opportunities. Relationship management - Confidence building of the existing clients with a clear aim to grow the account beyond single unit. Value add to clients - Act as Key Account Manager for multi-location client accounts & manage deliverables / escalations beyond regional boundaries.
