Three (3) Local Chapters, which garnered the highest percentage in the final score from each category will be selected to proceed to the Grand Finals GRAND FINALS. (Selection of Three Outstanding Local Chapters and One Most Outstanding Local Chapter) The chosen Finalists will be interviewed by the Board of Judges. These judges are different from the judges in the elimination round (or if the same panel, they will present different set of questions). It is also possible that some of the judges from elimination round will retain and to be accompanied by some new judges (those who will be retained would be because they are from our major sponsors). The selection of the winners will be based solely on the evaluation of the Board of Judges. Based on the Board of Judges, one Finalist from each category will be awarded as OUTSTANDING LOCAL CHAPTER and one Finalist from over-all will be awarded as MOST OUTSNDING LOCAL CHAPTER. In cases there are only 3 or less local chapters vying for the position from a specific category, it doesnt have effect on the elimination round. The organizer will still choose the top three (3) from the category. However, the effect will fall on the final round. There is a possibility that none from that

Three CONSECUTIVE years of achieving the Most Outstanding Local Chapter will be given proper recognition by placing the Local Chapter to the National Federations Hall of Fame.
