5. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ENTRANCE EXAMINATION AND HALL TICKETS All the candidates eligible to appear for the entrance examination shall collect their Hall Tickets personally from the Office of the Director i/c, Admissions one day prior to the Examination i.e., 18.07.2012 (Wednesday) between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm without fail. Hall Tickets will not be issued on the day of the Examination. The candidates are advised to be present at the Examination Centre one hour prior to the commencement of the Examination to check their seating position. They will be permitted in to the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination. No candidate will be permitted into the examination hall once the examination commences. Calculators/Mobile Phones are not permitted into the examination hall. Without Hall ticket candidates are not permitted into the examination hall. The Entrance Examination will be of objective type with 60 multiple choice questions which are to be answered in 60 minutes. Each question will carry one mark. Final selection of candidates for interview will be based on the performance in the Entrance Examination and the vacancies available in the concerned discipline.
