Seminar 4: Understanding Group Dynamics through Enneagram9 Personality Types in Action

C O U R S E C O N T E N T: The seminar is based on personality typology called Enneagram. The system describes 9 basic personality types with their specific motivations, values, strong points and challenges. The aim of the seminar is to introduce Enneagram and enable the participants to apply the model in an educational setting. By understanding different types of personalities those involved in education not only will be able to adjust teaching style to different types of students but also communicate more effectively with learners and colleagues.

In Service Training Daily Programme

All seminars will start at 9 oclock in the morning and finish at 3 in the afternoon, apart from Wednesday, when the working day will finish at 12:30 and you will be able to enjoy the afternoon free time at the sea. There will be a coffee b r e a k a t 11 o c l o c k a n d a lunch break at 1 oclock.

On the first evening there will be Welcome Dinner at the seaside and on Wednesday the participants will have the opportunity to take part in a trip to Curion archeological site and wine route - a visit to a traditional winery and wine tasting, followed by a visit to a traditional Cypriot village, Omodos.
