The Said amount will be refunded at the time of departure If Booking has been Preponed / Postponed, Cancellation is not possible
Cancellation Rules :

7 days before check-in-date - 10% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC Within 7 days but before 72 hours of check-in-date - 25% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC Within 72 hours of check-in-date or No Show - 100% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC If booking done through DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD SWIPE in MTDC Offices, cancellation of such booking will attract extra 2% in addition to the above charges
Prepone/Postone Rules :

Preponement / Postponment of Booking Dates from Lower Tariff Season to Higher Tariff Season has to pay the extra amount (Higher Tariff - Lower Tariff) Prepone / Postpone Charge of 10% from Booking Amount has to be paid. In addition to the Extra Amount and Prepone / Postpone Charge, 4.5% of the Booking Amount has to be paid for Online Preponement / Postponement through Credit Card Prepone / Postpone can be done only once.
