50) Despite some people who say its a good idea, I would not plan on having my son circumcised. I do not believe it is medically or hygienically necessary. I also believe I would be detracting from my sons sex life by doing this. I also think it seems cruel to make a decision for a child that young that they have no say in. The first reason I would not circumcise my son is that I do not believe it is medically or hygienically necessary. I do not believe it is medically or hygienically necessary to circumcise your child. I believe that a child can be just as clean through regular washing and removing the foreskin will not help in this effort. Medically I dont believe the procedure is worth it. There are risks in this procedure, for example the machine they use could mutilate my sons penis. I do not believe any health benefits, real or imagined, are worth taking this chance. This leads me to my next point that I believe I would be hurting my sons sex life by having him circumcised. I believe I would be hurting my future sons sex life by having him circumcised. I think it would make it harder for him to masturbate and I believe masturbation is a healthy thing and should not be discouraged. I also believe that I may be hampering his pleasure during intercourse. I think taking away the foreskin causes these problems and is a cruel thing to do. This is why parents should not make irreversible decisions like this

Foresta 2 for their children. Deciding to circumcise a child is cruel in that you are making a life decision for the child without their consent. I believe this is wrong. There is no immediate need to do this so why hamper a childs sexual enjoyment and development for the possibility of better hygiene. It is cruel to impose this upon a child for the rest of their life. What if the child wishes it never happened. It is not fair as the child has to accept the decision you made for him. These are the reasons I would not circumcise my son. There are many reasons I would not circumcise my son. I do not believe it is necessary medically or hygienically to do so. I also believe that my sons future sex life would be damaged by this decision. I am also of the opinion that parents should make such trivial, but irreversible decisions for their children as it is cruel. For these reasons I believe circumcision is inappropriate and would not subject my son to it.
