2. Above distribution of vacancies have been made keeping in view plus/minus fractions of the last years allocated seats of Competitive Examination and carried over vacancies have been added in the respective Occupational Groups/Services of concerned Provinces/Regions, Women and Minorities quotas. 3. Allocation of candidates to the Occupational Groups/Services, will be made keeping in view the suitability or unsuitability of the candidates as determined by the Commission, the merit position, preference of the candidates and the quota of Merit, Provinces/Regions/Women/ Minorities as set out in the Rules for Competitive Examination2011. 4. The Government, however, reserves the right to fill a smaller or a larger number of vacancies than those indicated in para 1 above.
