If I was to kill somebody, I would be charged with murder or manslaughter. If I paralysed or maimed somebody I am sure I would be charged with causing grievous bodily harm. If somebody was injured with a fractured skull and broken neck and I denied them help or prevented them from getting medical treatment, I could be charged with a range of offences, including attempted murder. n 2009 I was working as a temporary relief teacher for the Western Australian Education Department. On 14 August 2009 I was being transferred from Kiwirrkurra School in the Gibson Desert to Warrakurna School. About 50 kilometres away from Kiwirrkurra we approached a bend in the road. The driver did not slow down and tried to take the bend at about 100 kilometres an hour. She lost control and rolled the vehicle. We were travelling in an Education Department vehicle, a 2.3 tonne Toyota land-cruiser. For reasons I will never understand, a young first year teacher with no experience at driving on unsealed roads was in charge of the school vehicle during a 700 kilometre road trip to Alice Springs. I had been driving trucks, school buses and other vehicles on unsealed roads for over 30 years without ever having an accident. As an employee you are not encouraged to question departmental decision making. There were plenty of mistakes made by both, the Education Department and the driver, which caused the accident. For a number of seconds before the accident, I knew we were going to roll and I knew it was going to be bad. In disbelief I held my breath and braced myself as the other
teacher tried to take a ninety degree bend on a gravel road at about 100 kilometres an hour in a top heavy Toyota land-cruiser. When she lost control she panicked and yanked the steering wheel aggressively making matters much worse. The vehicle turned over and began rolling at a very high speed. After leaving the road the Toyota bounced on its roof, directly above my head. The roof caved in pushing down on my head and neck before crushing my seat. The left side window folded down against my head at the same time. I leant my head forward to accommodate the roof folding down. After bending forward as much as I could the window and roof kept pushing down on my head and neck. I resisted the force as much as I could. My neck was being compressed like a concertina and was crushed and broken as a result. Four cervical disks were squashed out like toothpaste. My neck bones crushed against one another, fracturing and breaking most of them. The force of 2.3 tonne crushing down on me eventually overpowered me and my vertebrae snapped in half,

AN ACCIDENT AND THE COVER-UP dislocating completely. I passed out instantly. I was later told that the dislocation occurred at T1 and T2, which are the two vertebrae below my neck. The massive amount of broken bone there certainly supports or confirms this. When a dislocation happens at T1 and T2 it is often fatal. When 2.3 tonne of Toyota crushes down on an exposed spinal cord, it will sever the neural link between the brain and the heart and is deadly. My vertebrae at T2 was crushed to pieces. It even crushed the vertebrae below at T3. Every vertebrae bone in my back was compressed down. The spaces between the vertebrae in my back have been reduced. When the side window imploded against the left side of my head it fractured my skull. The Toyota cart-wheeled, bounced and rolled for about 100 metres. Pieces of bone were smashed away from my spine at my neck and back from where I was hit. I will never know how many times I was hit or how many times the Toyota rolled. A piece of steel penetrated my seat from behind hitting me extremely hard in the upper spine at T5, right behind my heart. It woke me up very suddenly feeling pain in my spine. My spine behind my heart is severely broken. unbuckled and intended to get out the same way. When I moved my head dragged along the ground. It was limp and floppy and would not move with my body. My upper vertebrae had dislocated completely. I picked my head up with my hands and it was like trying to hold up a watermelon or a bowling ball. I was going to try to get out of the vehicle while holding my head in my hands but I soon gave up on the idea. I probably would have been paralysed in the process.

THE COVER UP
The events that followed were no accident and no mistake.
hen people arrived at the scene I told them my skull and neck seem to be fractured or broken. I was ignored and my injuries were not checked. I was taken back to Kiwirrkurra Community. The nearest doctor or hospital was 700 kilometres away in Alice Springs. I told people I had head and neck injuries and that I needed an anti-inflammatory to reduce the swelling. I was in a critical condition and I informed the relevant authorities. I can not for the life of me understand why I was not medi-vacced to a hospital considering the severity of my injuries. Six vertebrae bones in my neck have been broken or fractured. My skull was fractured and most of the vertebrae bones in my back have been broken or fractured or crushed. Some of my ribs have been smashed to pieces. I had head and spinal injuries and severe pain and swelling The day after the accident a truck was sent from Alice Springs 700 kilometres into the Gibson Desert to pick up the wrecked Toyota. The vehicle was a right-off. It was transported to a wrecking yard in Alice Springs.
Removing the worthless wreckage from the most isolated region of desert in Australia appeared to have been an urgent priority. I had to wait in Kiwirrkurra in a critical condition with head and spinal injuries for four days following the accident. I eventually boarded a mail plane to Alice Springs in Central Australia. It was five days after the accident when I had X-rays taken of my skull, neck and back. I was very disorientated and drowsy for two weeks after the accident. I was told I had a minor fracture to my skull but no fractures in my neck or back.

He handed me my X-rays and pointed out broken bone in my neck telling me it was nothing to worry about. I was told the pain and swelling in my neck and back should subside after two weeks. The swelling and pain lasted more than a year. What he told me jogged my memory back to the accident. It reminded me of the procedure I had performed on my own vertebrae while in the wrecked vehicle. When I saw the X-rays it was obvious that my neck had been fractured multiple times. Despite having severe injuries including broken bones and spinal injuries, I could not get any medical treatment because of the inaccurate medical and radiology reports. Once incorrect radiology reports have been written, no other radiologist or doctor will contradict or dispute them. All following X-ray and radiology reports follow suit and repeat the same misinformation. The communication and computer network systems would likely ensure that no conflicting data occurs. cripple or kill me. They also knew I have many broken bones in my neck and back causing severe pain. They also knew Id had a headache (which is a neurological symptom) ever-since the accident. This was caused by spinal cord compression. My spinal cord is being compressed in many places in my neck and back as a result of fractured bones and herniated disks. The spinal head-ache is very disruptive to the brains functioning and can be fatal. My spinal cord has been on the threshold of paralysing me since the accident. Any movement from a piece of broken bone or any swelling from a knock or fall would be enough to paralyse me. The injuries to my shoulder, back, neck and ribs restrict movement and have caused pain ever since the accident. Since the accident I have had to get medical advice and treatment including spinal surgery from other countries overseas at my own expense. I had to sell my home to pay these costs. I have had no income or livelihood for two years since the accident. I have not been able to work. Attempting to work could be dangerous considering the condition of my spine, broken ribs and the compression on my spinal cord. No employer would be able to insure me. My main priority since the accident has been trying to stay alive and to avoid paralysis. This has been like walking a thin tight-rope. So far I have just succeeded by the narrowest of margins. To date I have only just barely managed to do this. I have had no help in Australia. Nine months after the accident I went overseas for medical advice. Overseas I was told I was nine months too late and my back should have been braced after the accident to prevent the reduction in intervertebral space height. My body height appears to have been reduced. These injuries can not be corrected or treated now. On 1 December 2009 I went to a public hospital in Perth Western Australia with an MRI and some photocopied images of spinal injuries in my neck. After explaining my symptoms and showing staff the images the administrative staff prioritised me and queue jumped me, ahead of other patients in emergency. I was sent to triage to see a doctor.
Information omitted
Some doctors and specialists have acknowledged broken and fractured bones while talking to me but always omit this information in written medical reports. Many doctors and specialists refuse to look at X-rays and MRIs, they will only read the written radiology reports. They will not contradict a radiology report. For some reason doctors medical reports are never sent to me by doctors. Doctors send their reports to the state Insurance Commission who eventually send me a version. Similar omissions are made from all doctors reports. Neurological and spinal injuries are always omitted from the doctors medical report before they are sent to me. These reports seldom reflect any discussions or consultations I have had. The insurance commission got two doctors to write inaccurate medical reports which omit my injuries. This stopped me from receiving workers compensation payments. The false medical reports also prevented me from receiving accurate medical advice and medical treatment. They knew I had spinal injuries that could

AN ACCIDENT AND THE COVER-UP becoming a quadriplegic. I was told that all I needed was a bump to the head or neck to finish me off. The spinal headache I have had ever since the accident is a warning sign that my spinal cord is being compressed too much. I returned to Australia and tried to relay this diagnosis to doctors in Perth. This was futile because of the false radiology reports. Two doctors told me that the Filipino neurosurgeon was lying to me.
I went to a hospital in Perth on 1 December 2009 with these images and explained my symptoms. I showed these same images to a neurosurgeon in Manila Philippines in September 2010.
The worst damage to my spinal cord appeared to be in my lower neck (C5 to C7). It was assumed that decompressing my spinal cord here would reduce symptoms and prevent paralysis. Fortunately he got it right and I have not had any neurological symptoms in my arms or legs since. My spinal head-ache has been reduced and is a milder head-ache now. The spinal head-ache is a still an indication that my cervical spinal cord is still compressed. The surgery has given me an extension of time.

The false medical reports, the lying and the scamming have been obvious. The injuries and broken bones I have are numerous and are very noticeable. Their severity is unmistakeable. These injuries are not minor injuries. I have been very close to being paralysed following the accident. The doctors I saw in Australia were aware of my headache and spinal injuries. The doctors kept making the same omissions in their reports, then the insurance commission would despatched the false reports to me.
The scamming seems very obvious and does not appear to be a coincidence. Every injury from the accident has either been omitted or obscured or downgraded in the medical and radiology reports. The lying is done with such complacency that it would appear to be a common practice. Three months after the accident I found the school Toyota at a wrecking yard in Alice Springs and took the following photographs.

THE INJURIES
Following is a summary of the injuries I received and the sequence of events.
BROKEN BONES
SKULL FRACTURED When window imploded against head NECK (Cervical Spine) There are seven vertebrae bones in the neck. Six of mine are broken. Some are fractured more than once. UPPER BACK (Thoracic Spine) There are 12 vertebrae bones in the thoracic spine. All 12 of mine are broken. Some vertebrae are broken away from the ribs. LOWER BACK (Lumbar Spine) There are five vertebrae bones in the lumbar spine. Some of mine have compression fractures. RIBS Most of my ribs are broken. They are severely smashed near the spine. HERNIATED DISKS Four herniated disks are entering my cervical spinal canal in my neck. Two herniated disks encroaching into my lumbar spine.

eft side of head very sore for two weeks from fractured skull. Disorientated, drowsy and jaded for weeks after accident. Continuous headache since accident on 14 August 2009. This is attributed to deprivation of cerebrospinal fluid to my brain. This is due to spinal injuries in my neck. My cervical spinal cord is severely compressed. This obstructs the flow of cerebrospinal fluid between my spine and my head. This is very disruptive. Spinal surgery in Philippines in February 2011 has reduced the headache considerably. My spinal cord is still compressed in multiple places in my neck and back. Some nerve roots coming out of my spine are very compressed. A foraminotamy was performed to decompress the nerve root for my left arm.
A nerve root in my lower back is still compressed this causes considerable pain. My spinal cord is compressed to its limitation in multiple places in my neck and back. Many pieces of crushed or damaged bone are precariously lodged against or near my spinal cord. A sudden jolt or bump could shift or move something resulting in swelling or too much compression. This could perhaps paralyse me. Had myelopathy and parastheias in 2011. Had surgery in Philippines to reduce spinal cord compression. I had a seven hour operation. The neurosurgeon removed two herniated disks and many bone spurs. This decompressed cord enough to avoid being paralysed. My headache has been reduced considerably. Neck has buckled and was almost about to dislocate here, it dislocated at T1-T2 instead. Cervical Vertebrae has been crushed. Vertebrae bones are compressed together. Bones ground against one another whenever my neck moved. Nearly every neck vertebrae is fractured. Fracturing has also occurred inside the spinal canal, compressing spinal cord.

hen my neck was being crushed all the vertebrae bones compressed against each other fracturing six of them. The larynx bone at the front of my neck was crushed and broken also. The inter-vertebra disks were squashed and herniated out. Four of the cervical disks herniated inside my spinal canal, compressing my spinal cord. Compressed vertebrae bone was crushed and flattened. Damaged pieces of bone also encroached inside my spinal canal, compressing my spinal cord (See pages 19, 20). My compressed spinal cord has caused neurological symptoms including a spinal headache. The restriction of cerebrospinal fluid getting to my brain is the reason for the headache. Before the surgery if I turned my head it would often make a loud distictive grinding noise. The sound of bones in my neck grinding against each othere. Some Australian doctors heard this griding noise but omitted it from their reports.

Bone spurs inside the cavity can cause neurological symptoms and paralysis. They compress the spinal cord. This can cause loss of cerbrospinal fluid to the brain. This can be fatal or it could cause paralysis.

he bones and herniated disks encroaching into my spinal canal cause neurological symptoms. I have had a spinal headache ever since the accident. The passage of cerebrospinal fluid through my spinal cord is obstructed and restricted. This also restricts the flow of cerebrospinal fluid to my brain. This causes a headache. It is similar to having a permanent hangover. The compression of my spinal cord also causes spinal stenosis, myelopathy and paraesthesia. The broke bones, spinal cord injuries and neurological symptoms are always left out of the Australian medical reports. It would seem as though nobody wants to upset the Education Department or State Insurance Commission, everyone seems to just go along with the cover-up.
Some of these injuries are unstable. I have been on the threshold of being paralysed ever since the accident. Some swelling from a fall might be enough to possibly paralyse me.

Regained consciousness
A little while later I got hit very hard in the spine behind my heart. I suddenly regained consciousness feeling extreme pain from the hit to my spine. After the accident I had difficulty trying to move and could not get out of the wrecked vehicle. My head was floppy and limp. It dragged along the ground when I attempted to move. It was a complete dislocation. I attempted to re-attach my broken spine. I did not know what was going to happen. I succeeded without paralysing myself.

My entire vertebrae had been crushed down while my torso was seat-belted to the car seat. and there are multiple compression fractures along my back. No X-ray was taken of the dislocation before I re-attached it. It was not possible because I was in the Gibson Desert and 700 kilometres away from the nearest town or hospital. Re-attaching my dislocated spine myself was a matter of survival at the time. The following images are of my vertebraes and spine at T1 and T2. The enormous amount of damage there seems to confirm that my spine dislocated at T1 and T2.

AN ACCIDENT AND THE COVER-UP compressing my spinal cord. Compression fractures are squashing a nerve root coming out of my spinal cord in my lumbar spine area. This causes symptoms in my legs as well as severe back pain. I have different symptoms and restrictions in my upper back. My spinal canal has been altered in shape and size in multiple places along my spine. This occurs in my back as well as my neck. There are pieces of fractured bone impinging upon my spinal cord in multiple places. It is impossible to predict the consequences if I slip or fall awkwardly. My spine seems to be just barely holding together and my spinal cord has been functioning under extreme duress since the accident on 14 August 2009. Much of my spinal cord no longer has the protection it once had from an intact normal spinal canal. My spinal cord is exposed and very vulnerable to trauma (possible paralysis) in the future. Other organs appear less protected or vulnerable to injury because of the fractures to my ribs. Many of my ribs have been broken and smashed beyond repair. Every fracture and injury to my spine, ribs and spinal cord has been denied in Australia. This denies me compensation or salary. It also denies me medical treatment and medical advice in Australia. Despite the numerous injuries and their severity nearly every injury has been covered up. Once a cover-up has began in Australia doctors tend to go along with it. No doctor would want to be the first one to expose wrongdoing, corruption or malpractice by fellow doctors. No doctor would want to blow the whistle on a coverup. Their financial rewards are very high. They would not want to jepardise this. Even when the doctors know that their lies and malpractice could lead to me being paralysed, they still lie and go along with the cover-up. Nobody seems willing to rock the apple-cart, or to upset a major government institution. Many doctors would obviously be aware that what they are doing is wrong. They know that upsetting a government institution like the insurance commission would be a big mistake for them. This denies me compensation and salary. It also denies me medical treatment and medical advice in Australia. Every time the vehicle rolled a hard object would hit me in my spine in my upper back. It would hit me with bullet speed. It had more than two tonne of weight behind it. It would hit three or four vertebrae bones at a time. It would smash and shatter my vertebrae bones similar to the way a brick hammer will shatter a clay brick.

AN ACCIDENT AND THE COVER-UP I tore my left shoulder while trying to attach my dislocated vertebrae. Since the accident it has prevented me from sleeping on my left side. It restricts exercise and physical activity. It has prevented me from doing the hard laboring work which I had done for over 30 years before the accident. These MRIs appear to indicate the injured area.

edical specialists and other relevant agencies in Australia would have had to have been aware of the severity of my injuries. Maybe it was assumed I would not survive this long. It is easy to bury or cremate evidence after someones gone. I have found out that the Philippines has some of the best doctors and surgeons in the world. The surgery I had in the Philippines was very difficult and complex because of my numerous injuries and their severity. There would probably be few other surgeons who could have performed the surgery successfully. Being denied medical treatment in Australia and going to the Philippines for surgery just may have saved my life and may have been a blessing in disguise. Just how much longer I can survive or live without being paralysed is uncertain. My intention before the motor vehicle accident was to live as long as I could. The human body has an amazing capacity to heal itself and to adapt to changes. You need to pay in kind to expect your body to do the best job it possibly can. When most bones in your neck, back and rib-cage are broken or smashed it is placing a lot of demand on your
body. Much of my spinal canal has altered in shape and size. It is now narrower in some places and wider in other areas. My spinal cord from top to bottom is being pushed to its limit trying to adapt. Despite my injuries my spinal cord is functioning but doing so under extreme duress. Compression of my spinal cord reduces the flow of cerebrospinal fluid between my spine and brain. It is like asking my brain to function with a continuous hang-over 24/7 with no recovery ever in sight. The vehicle roll-over was an accident. It was caused by stupidity but nothing unlawful had happened. The cover-up that followed was no accident and was not lawful. Denying me medical treatment after the accident was not lawful. I was left in the desert in a critical condition with a fractured skull and broken neck for four days. When I finally got to a hospital they wrote incorrect medical reports denying my injuries and denying me of any medical treatment in Australia. Trying to defend and protect a cover-up always seems to escalate things. More often than not the cover-up becomes bigger and more serious than the initial incident.
