AUCTION CONDITIONS The property is offered for sale at Auction and is subject to the following further reservations, conditions and stipulations: (a) (b) The property is offered for sale subject to a reserve price. Subject to the other provisions of these conditions of sale, the highest bidder whose bid is accepted by the Auctioneer shall be the Purchaser. The Vendor reserves the right to bid in person or by agent. The Vendor reserves the right to withdraw the subject property from sale at any time before actual sale without declaring the reserve price. The Auctioneer m ay, at their discretion, refuse to accept any bid from any person and no bid if accepted shall be retracted without the consent of the Auctioneer. If any dispute or difference shall arise out of or in connection with the bidding (and the Auctioneer shall be the sole and final judge of the existence of any dispute), the Auctioneer m ay re-open the bidding and resubmit the property commencing with some former bidding or the Auctioneer may decide such dispute or difference in such other m anner as they in their absolute discretion shall deem fit, and their decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
