(Training Project) The objective of the project was to Capture identified, annualized cost savings and implement improved Acratex freight cost reporting scheme. The challenge of the project was that the drivers of Acratex freight costs & effectiveness of spend have proved difficult to gauge.

Capacity Upgrade Project of Small Batch Mixer Machine at Dulux AcraTex Pvt. Ltd,
Adelaide, SA, Australia (Training Project) The objective of this project was to improve capacity of small batch mixers and make it more efficient. Time Study, Pareto Analysis, CBA, SWOT Analysis tools etc. were used to help us in the project. The challenges face was higher setup time, manual packaging lines, insufficient space around the station etc.

Vendor Evaluation Framework for Keltron in Keltron Equipments Complex, Karakulam,

Trivandrum, India. (Bachelors degree project work) The objective of this project was to develop a framework for vendor evaluation in a manufacturing firm, Keltron Equipments Complex Ltd, Karakulam. This project focuses on vendor evaluation and rating in order to determine the best supplier and hence improve buyer supplier relationship. The project work included me making frequent visits to the organization, collecting relevant data from them, studying the purchase and supply chain functions, studying the organization, discussing and evaluating the different supplier evaluation methodologies among team members and mentor and subsequently selecting the best vendor from the lot. The drawings for the design were done in AutoCad 2007.
