How to choose a good Institute
Compare different institutes on the followings criteria How old is the institution ? : It is difficult for a private unaided institute to survive for long without delivering quality education. Therefore, it is expected, older the institution better it is. Legal veracity of the institution : Is the institute approved by AICTE or UGC? Presence of students from all the states : Are students from different state present in the classroom? As cross cultural environment is better for management education. Teaching - Learning Methodology : Are the students prepared and trained for the following 1. Business plan competition 2. Running a company by creating virtual situation : Simulation Games competitions.

3. Research on specific problem: Paper presentation competitions. 4. Learning management lessons by studying business practices of different corporates : Corporate story competition 5. Analysis of Current Affairs 6. Panel discussion 7. Seminars 8. Debate National and international recognition of students & faculty Have the students of the institute won any National/ International award or recognition in the following ? 1- Business plan competition 2. Running a company by creating virtual situation: Simulation Games competitions. 3. Research on specific problem: Paper presentation competitions. 4. The higher the percentage of students, better it is. b) Does the institute arrange Industrial visits? if yes considering the status of organisation, institute can be ranked. c) Frequency of practising senior managers and academicians of national and international repute visiting the institute. Placement : Does the website of the institute has last three and current year placement details i.e. name of the student and the organization.
