ith the contracts of the allocated project to meet mandatory measurement and billing requirement stipulations Work closely with Planning and Project Management teams in conducting feasibility studies from a quantity /measurement perspective Prepare monthly valuation applications in adherence to the set timelines for inclusion within the main contract valuation, including recovery of installation costs, unfixed materials (on and off site), sub-contract claims, variations and, where appropriate, fluctuations and prolongation costs Track and calculate costs associated with contract variations on an as we proceed basis and on a monthly basis and provide inputs to the site Accounts professional Review adopted / prescribed methods of measurement with the contractors Review methods of measurement for the allocated project on a regular basis and highlight any gaps to the Head Project Interact with the project planning and management team, on cost expenditure within the variation account. This includes investigation into reasons for over expenditure and reporting any differences not covered within Variation account / exception report Anchor effective & seamless coordination with the contractors to ensure the accurateness of measurement on any additional work & reconfirm the same with the project planning & management teams Work closely with the design management and project management team & provide assessment reports detailing the impact of design changes on costs Assist the Legal team in any pending Arbitration/Adjudication proceedings if so required

Educational Qualifications : B.E (Civil) Preferably Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors B.E/ Diploma and NICMAR PGP-QS Experience in relevant Industry

Duration : 5-9 years Desirable Knowledge on: Knowledge of the main forms of contracts. Understanding of trends in quantity estimations Knowledge of industry best practices
